The lamp doesn't dim as they describe...it is just one setting, bright. I love the look and will keep it, just upset it isn't as described. I have kept it and it is perfect for the buffet table. I am in the market for another one and will not buy this one just because I really need one that dims.

I love the look of the lamp. It is striking, modern and looks like an art piece. I wish it was dimmable because it is pretty bright and is too bright to leave as an evening light just for ambiance. But, I like the rest of it so much that I'm willing to put up with the brightness.

But I wanted something a little more modern since the room is also my gym. So with the metal accents it fits in with the gym equipment and since it has the soft curves it looks like a art sculpture and it fits my taste perfectly. Sweet!
