Disappointing. I bought it for a show. It assembled easily enough. However, when someone bumped into it(and I mean a minor bump), the center legs both snapped off. Since I needed it for a show, we had to put blocks under it and then reinforce the bed . It barely made it through the run as it fell apart the final night (luckily after the scene it was needed). Our tech people all agreed it was unsalvageable. It needs to be stronger made . It would probably increase the cost, but would be longer lasting in the long run.

I got the king size frame to match a wooden carved headboard and it’s super sturdy and very well made. It took a bit to put together- lots of pieces! But once it was completed it holds my memory foam mattress very solid.

I think the finished product will look good. The engineering, however, is challenging. IKEA does a much better job with this sort of thing. The bolt holes, screw holes are not in proper alignment and will not direct the hardware appropriately. If you buy this, I recommend hiring a carpenter.

Unfortunately was missing the whole first set of screws as well as one of the bigger ones needed to secure the center of the base. Holes are misaligned and makes it very difficult to put together. I don’t think this frame is going to last long at all.

I really like this bed. It’s super cute and was exactly what I was looking for to put in my office/guest room. I’ve had it for about a year, and it’s gotten some use from a few friends and family members who’ve visited. The reason I have it three stars is because it came with the wrong piece. I was still able to assemble it, and it is sturdy. I just had a hard time putting it together.

Beautiful and easy to build. Make sure you follow the directions exactly. Lay it out on a flat surface and put it together slowly. From the other reviews, it looks like people have had difficulties because they didn’t take their time. From opening the box to putting it together and putting my mattress on it took under an hour. to be fair, putting furniture together has never been a problem for me, and I do puzzles picture side down. So maybe give yourself an hour and a half if it’s your first time.
