The quality of this jean jacket is very good. The fabric is not too stiff and not too soft. The denim is a medium blue and will go with most other jeans. I bought my usual size and found that this jacket is very generously sized. I suppose that will serve me well in colder weather, when I want to layer it. For now, it will just be kind of baggy if I want to go out on a cool night. I keep forgetting that I need petite sleeves. Lol I’ll deal with it by rolling up the cuffs. It’s too much to ask for petite sleeves, apparently. But I do usually find Jessica Simpson products to be a good quality and the price was reasonable ... show more

    • Fabulous...if you can get past the chemical smell

The color, fit, and stretch are great. I find it to be true to size. I knocked off two stars because of the terrible chemical smell. I washed it with vinegar, again with baking soda, and the smell remains—less so, but still very much there. I need the jacket and it's time-sensitive, so I'll keep it and try to wash the smell out over time. However, it makes me regret buying a denim jacket made in China. The price was great, but I don't know if the chemical smell makes the low price worth it. ... show more
