This cooktop with knobs is replacing a touch-control cooktop. We were so tired of the touch control cooktop coming on accidently when cleaning the cooktop. This cook top with the gray woodgrain top does not show smuggles like the black glass top. The touch-control cooktop had to be kept on lock to prevent accidently turning on burners and then it was difficult to unlock it!!! Our visitors had a hard time using it, too. The only difficulty I had after installation was figuring out that I needed to push the "on" button before turning the knobs to heat up the burners! User error for not completely reading the manual. I have been a fan of smooth top electric stoves since they came out and wanted an extra cooktop for my covered patio kitchen. I did not counter sink this as I live in Florida and like to bring it inside incase we get severe weather. the cooktop can use any type of cookware you like and my only draw back for me is that there is not two cooking burners just one burner and one warmer. ... show more

Really nice unit for a very reasonable price. I like the simple design which includes knobs for each burner. I also like that it has 3 burners and the way they’re spaced. Great unit as good or better than far more expensive ones.

This works exactly as expected. Just plug it in and you have a dual burner cooktop anywhere you have an electrical plug. Works great, heats up quickly. It is a little heavy but that just makes me believe it will last a long time. Very happy with this cooktop!

I got this stove to use in power outages so I could run it off of my generator. The stove heats up quickly and appears to be well made. My only gripe was that they included some rubber bumpers that you have to screw onto the bottom of the frame so it can work as a stand alone. The holes were pre drilled but not pre-tapped and it was hard to get some of the screws in. Another thing I noted is that after you turn the burners off, a led light illuminates for each burner with an “H”, to indicate the burner is still hot. It took over 45 minutes for that alert to go off indicating it was safe to now touch or clean the surface. That seems like a long cool down time. ... show more
