It was easy set up and the function is very good. But, I need to find a way to hide the damaged corners. I hope the manufacturer will reach out to me with either a partial refund so I can use that money to repair the corners. And I need to know the best way to repair them.

    • Fire won't stay lit
My return window has closed which is highly unfortunate. We seem to have a faulty valve and or thermo cupple in the unit. The fire will not stay lit for us. We have trouble shot as much as we can and have reached out to customer service. I will edit my review if our problem gets resolved Edit update: Amazon is sending a replacement, which is awesome.
