Update 9/11/23: The second order of this table arrived undamaged and seems to work well so I'm increasing my rating from 1 Star to 3 stars for now. After I put some fire glass in the table (it doesn't come with fire glass or lava rocks), and use it for more hours I'll update the review and the Star rating accordingly. I returned the first cracked fire table (pictures attached). Note that the seller says that the refund can take up to 4 weeks after they receive the returned cracked table. Written 9/3/2023: Both the fire table and the cover for the top of the table arrived with big cracks! The shipping box and packing material were not in bad shape. The seller needs to use better packing of this somewhat fragile item. This looks like a nice table, and it is more expensive than many of them. I have ordered another one and hope that it arrives without damage, then I'll return the less damaged one. I will increase my STAR rating after I get a chance to see which table I might keep and how it works when lit.

We really like the look of this fire pit, but the quality does not seem up to par. It cracks with use, and is very difficult to ignite and stay lit. With a grill, you turn the knob and then push the ignite button, but with this, you have to push in the knob and hold it while you ignite. Even then, sometimes it won’t stay ignited if you let go. We have found that if you do it a handful of times, it will finally stay ignited. my husband wants to just keep it, but I’m not convinced it’s going to hold up. The box it is packaged in, seems quite flimsy, so I don’t know if that contributed to the cracks or not, but we did not notice them before the third use of the pit.

The looks of the Fire pit is great but the heat that it produces even when the knob is at high , is not sufficient heat to warm up the surrounding people even if they are sitting close .

Looks great, when it works it’s decent for the price. But like other reviews mention it randomly goes out and when you stop pushing the dial in it will go out. In short skip this product and buy a different unit.

I love our new fire pit! It is a beautiful design, the concrete color is great! It has a cover so we can keep it protected when we aren't using it. It is super each to use and provides just the right amount of heat.

Perfect size and modern look we were going for! There are a couple downfalls though. I wish there was a lid to cover the fire when it’s not in use and I wish the handles were a little more discrete. Other than that, it’s perfect for our space. The reason this is only getting 2 stars is because it come without the igniter switch so the igniter button is completely useless. We have turn the knob and then use a lighter to light the fire. UPDATE: I changed my rating to a one star. After a couple uses I noticed that after about an hour of use the flame keeps dying out. Once this happens I reignite the flame by holding the knob for about 15-20 seconds and using a lighter to get the flame back. It may or may not lite back up and if it does lite back up it stays lit for about 3-5 minutes and then shuts off again. The propane tank is full and we even tried a different tank just in case. This is definitely a defect with the fire pit.
