I've had this sauna now for one week and have used it everyday. This Kanlanth 1-2 person sauna, is beautiful, I am very very happy with the purchase. First , it was very well packaged. No damage to any parts. It was very easy for me ("an old lady" ) to put together by myself , but I did need help lifting the front heavy (quality made) glass panel and the roof. A neighbor helped me for 5 minutes to complete the job. It looks really nice. Attaching the electric wires together was easy as there was only one way they could connect, so I could not make a mistake. It is very well built, looks custom made, the wood is beautiful and smells good! The Bluetooth speakers sound great! The lighting is wonderful! The control panel is simple to operate. The sauna is very well insulated - I thought that it would heat up the room that I keep it in but it had very little effect on the temperature of the small room that it is set up in. It heats up extremely quickly so no waste of time or electricity. It is a great purchase and I am very satisfied with it. I don't expect to be disappointed with it in the future. If you like the idea of saunas I think you too will be happy with this Kanlanth 1-2 person sauna. By the way, I had a problem with the Bluetooth, (which was my own mistake), and contacted the company / seller. They responded very quickly and solved my problem of the Bluetooth not playing after I had connected two different phones to it. They told me to simply unplug it., plug it back in after 2 minutes, and it came right back on. Silly me! The speakers are really great~ And it makes the time in the sauna go so much quicker and happier! Thank you Kanlanth for your very good quality sauna, and most especially your prompt service help. Thank you for making a high quality sauna affordable and easily available and it takes up very little space. ENJOY GOOD HEALTH ♥️

spacious and works well. when i originally ordered the 2 person sauna, the front door with the glass was completely shattered. i reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful and sent me a new one right away. i would definitely recommend, assembling the sauna was fairly easy and quick

So, this is my fifth infrared sauna in 20 years. They have all been considered a 1/2 person sauna. The fact is that with heavy use they just do not last too long. Some last longer than others. I will give you my impressions after my 1st use. 1. It is really small and short. You are very close to the front glass. I'm almost 6 feet and a 2x guy and it is just at the tolerable level. 2. Cause it's small it heats up fast. 3. No button but bluetooth comes on automatically 4. Very interesting stone type thing for your feet that you can turn on or off 5. Door heater...pretty cool 6. EASIEST TO ASSEMBLE AND LIGHTEST SAUNA EVER- any dude and any woman with good upper body strength can put this together. Took me longer to unbox it and transport it to my man cave that assemble it. 7. Decent Quality Cons: 1. Only goes to 140... I like 145 better 2. Temp gauge is not very accurate. Hits 140 and shuts off. Drops to 134 before turning back on. I just squeeze the thermometer with my fingers and it fools it. 3. If you are a smaller guy and a normal sized woman you are good to go. Tall dudes or if you have long legs...do not buy. I have a longer torso and shorter legs and my knees are almost at the door. You will be really uncomfortable. The truth. I needed a sauna to last a year or two and throw away when we move and I just don't like sitting in other peoples sweat at the Y. So I bought this and it is ok. However, my last two saunas have been Dynamic Saunas from Costco and their customer service and ultra low emf are excellent. I used theirs every day, literally beating them up and they last 5 years, and I am hard on them as I sweat a lot. Once I hooked my Dynamic up to a generator when the power was out and blew the board. (yes, I am an idiot but I was bored, my wife has informed my of my idiocy! haha) They sent me a new board even after I told them it was may fault! If you want one that lasts, if you only use it a few times a week, they will last forever. Also Dynamic saunas ships for free. I think you can get them on Amazon as well. Huge Tip for Sauna Use- get the wooden backrests. If you sweat on the wood of the sauna protecting your back it will rot and eventually shock the crap out of you...like it did me. If you have a heater in the bottom use a cheap towel to soak up your sweat cause if you get the wood above the floor wet enough it will transmit electricity ... and shock the crap out of you like it did me! Yes, I am long on ambition and short on brains as my father has told me. You may now go about your day.

It's compact but I fit nicely into it. I'm 5'10, and my coworker who is 5'10 350 pounds fit in it as well. It takes about 13 minutes from 70 degrees to 140, it has a overhead vent to let out the humidity after your done. The front door panel heater is a nice touch because I like my knees warmed up and this does it nicely. Also there is a floor heater that heats your feet as well, and gets warm but not hot. Either way I use it everyday for 15 minutes. I think longer sessions would have more results but you know, you kind of get bored after so much time.

This is the perfect addition to any home gym. The cost is reasonable. The check out was easy. Delivery was flawless. Packaging and labels made it easy to assemble. It's esthetically pleasing and does not overpower the relatively small space in a room already full of equipment. I couldn't be happier.
