Ordered a new xbox series 2 controller got a used one missing parts

Controller itself is a nice elite series 2 for the xbox. It comes in a generic brown cardboard box, with the controller wrapped in a foam envelope and back paddles in a separate bag. I inspected all the parts, and looks like it is brand new, but without standard packaging, cables, or manuals. The thumbsticks are smooth and didn't have drift or deadspots. ABXY functions and presses as expected. D-pad, triggers (and trigger stops), back buttons, etc. all function normally. Battery life is great, from a full charge I can get a few days of playing before getting the low battery warning. It syncs up to my xbox and did not have any issues with disconnecting. Overall if you can get this at a good price, its a new elite 2 controller.

Doesn't stay charged for long. One button doesn't work already have only had it since April 5/6 2025. Got it because it was supposed to be the best option.

Everything about the controller was great. But the only flaw that the usb c port was damaged and would not charge the controller. I was able to charge it using the magnetic charger in the case, but if I can’t charge and play then that’s a no go for me.

Alright, I've got a few of the official Elite controllers – three of them, actually – so I know exactly what they should feel like. And honestly, holding this KanKanGou version, it's pretty much indistinguishable from my Microsoft ones in terms of grip, the adjustable stick tension, and button responsiveness. The core experience is genuinely that good. Do keep in mind this is the controller only. So, you won't find any extra thumbsticks, paddles, or a carrying case in the box, things you often get with the full Elite packages. But if what you need is that premium Elite in-hand experience and performance from the controller itself, this one really hits the mark.
