Congrats on your new baby, Dabrat. I like this hair product. It is healthy for the hair but it has too much of a greasy residue, which doesn’t allow the edges and locs to stay twisted and laid down for long. I had to re-twist after a week and have to re-slick edges down after a couple of days. It does not cause white residue. It works but maybe if you have a dryer. I’ll try it with dryer. ... show more

This gel gets me together. Will grip your roots to the GODS. This is tender headed approved. Kaleidoscope did their thing with this one. When I say this gel SLICKS ya hair down? Humidity don't stand a chance. Now Idk about the smaller baby hairs though, those won't last a day for me (during summer). The side burns stay though. Each time I use this gel, I get maybe 4 days of a good comb over/slick back ponytail. And at least 2 weeks when I've used this for braids. And the product washes out so well too ya'll. It doesn't leave any white residue. BUT! This also depends on your hair porosity. Some people hair eat up gel. I have thick, naturally curly hair 3B/3C. When I use this, it straightens my hair without heat. And I feel like my hair has grown FASTER because of this gel too. The only con I think I might have about it is it does have a cologne-ish type smell to it. I wish it was more girly/feminine (fruit notes). ... show more
