iPad is in good condition, no cracks or scratches. The delivery was delayed and didn’t receive it until a week after it was supposed to be delivered. However, I can’t use it because they did not completely factory reset it. It was previously owned by a school district which I don’t have their log in information. Amazon support was no help just sent me to Apple. I’ve submitted a request to remove the school to allow me to use the iPad. ... show more
