So far I love my Kalamera KRC-150CB wine/soda cooler. It's pretty, fits nicely in my butler panty, cooled down and is maintaining the chill on my soda and wine, and the company has been great to work with. Take a look at the pictures - to me it looks great. Kalamera had said it needed a 24" space and it fit perfectly in it. I had to adjust how far back the carpet went so that it would sit level front to back and that seemed important so it would work quietly. I also had to make sure it wasn't pushed too far back so the doors would open and not hit the cabinets next to it. It is working very quietly and shuts off and sits silently once it cools down. Follow the instructions and I think you'll have success. You may notice the power cord still is running over the top of it. It is, but as soon as the outlet is working behind it then I'll pull it out and plug it in back there. No problem. I love the French Doors. They are beautiful and limit how much space is used in the depth of the Butler Pantry when they are open. I found online that Coke products like 38 degrees and Pepsi likes 40 degrees so I have Coke in the right and Pepsi in the left. I know it doesn't use all the space, but I am just putting whole 12-pack soda boxes on the shelves. They fit great except the bottom ones on each side that are actually half shelves. I do have wine bottles down there even though its not really the optimum temperature for them. It comes with wood shelves on one side for wine and plastic coated shelves for soda on the other. I'm really more interested in soda so I'm using the plastic coated ones and removed most of the wood ones. I did need one more short wood shelf and contacted the company at [email protected]. They were GREAT! Very responsive and got me one in the mail the same day for a very reasonable price. Thanks for the wonderful support Kalamera! Finally, there have been comments online here about short life problems. While that can happen I have nothing to believe this isn't going to be a great product. I could certainly see how there would be issues if the directions aren't followed (such as keeping it upright for 24 hours before installation) I have no indications so far that this is going to be anything but a joy. I will update my review if that changes. Should add that the price of this was less than half what the appliance company wanted to charge for another manufacturer's product. We didn't want to pay more than the cost of a full-size refrigerator for this and Amazon's price was great. It came right away and the packaging was great so it was well protected.

Bought it to replace an old Sears model that had condensation issues. Pros: 1. Big, and very very solid. I got one 24" wide and it did not disappoint. Metal shelves that are extremely sturdy. Lots of shelves (maybe even too many?) you could space them about every 5 inches or so... I think it's intended as a wine fridge. 2. Vents to the front--good for under counter slide in applications where you don't want heat build up behind the unit. 3. Good temperature control. 4. Really quiet. Unit is pretty quiet when running. The bonus is that it is SILENT! when it's at temperature (compressor appears to shut off entirely). Never realized how dang loud my previous unit was. 5. Has wine bottle shaped molded bottom, so with all the shelves in place, in addition to that, you can put 5-6 wine bottles at the very bottom of the unit. 6. Nice LED light inside. 7. It's pretty. Stainless steel, glass doors. Comments: 1. Temp only goes down to 38. This is fine, but not quite ice cold. On the other hand, no icing up. :-) 2. Shaped bottom is not quite as cold as the rest of the fridge. Wine in the bottom is probably in the low 40s--it's next to the compressor etc... 3. Sorta pricey. Designer examples are about $1K, so it's less than that. Seems extremely sturdy and it looks great, so I'd rate it as a good value.

This was a 5 star initially. We purchased this in November of 2023, but it did not actually get installed until mid 2024 when our kitchen remodel was ready. Worked great, nice and cold. 3 months ago the lights started randomly coming on and off. I tried reaching out to Kalamera, no response. I downloaded the users manual from their site and followed the prompts, we shut the breaker off to try to reset....nothing. And now, along with the flashing lights, we have random beeping happening. This is no longer working for us and I am very disappointed that is lasted less than 18 months in use.

I like the wine cooler! Looks good, not noisy and holds a lot of bottles for its size. But, it arrived with what I must assume is shipping damage. It arrived in a box with no really overt dents, etc. Upon opening, removing the box I quickly discovered that the door was off angle being held on by one of the two hinges (the lower one). I immediately reached out, sent photos, and closely described which parts I would need. (Like most fridge/coolers, the door is reversible from one side to the other. I used the other side hinges, reversing the side the door hinges on from right to left. Thing is, I wanted the original layout, although this allowed me to start using it. I emailed with support. They (China I presume) weren't really clear in their response, but it sounded like the parts would be shipped. I didn't hear back for a few days so I sent a second email, going over everything again. Meantime a few days later I get a package from China, with all the parts I asked for. Interestingly, a week later I got a second shipment with the same parts. I suspect a different person in customer service handled. 2 sets is sure better than none. Bottom line: Excellent product, and Kalamera responded to the shipping damage promptly (twice!) Downside - perhaps they need to beef up their shipping box. One strange thing. It seemed like the package had been previously opened and possibly a fix attempted. We found several washers on the bent hinge. Now no washers were part of either replacement kit or shown in any photos. Damaged making it over from China, then a repair attempt here at a warehourse somewhere? It's probably going to remain a mystery. Time for some wine!

Excellent beer fridge for the sunroom. Have had it for 4 years and no problems. The shelves are adjustable for any size beer can or bottle. Very nice appearance. Keeps the temperature at 39 degrees F.

This fridge is great for the price point. Here is some helpful information: 1. It arrives is a large box with a pallet delivered to front door. 2. Unboxing takes awhile at it's packed very well. You would benefit by having scissors and box cutters handy. 3. Give yourself plenty of time to unbox and deal with the Styrofoam padding. It can be a little messy so have a broom and hand held vacuum ready for clean up. 4. Cut down all the cardboard boxing sides to expose the fridge. The fridge is on a thick padding and stable. 5. There will be those packing pieces under the fridge, tilt it and vacuum before moving it to it's location. 6. One person can move the fridge if this person has decent strength and maneuvering capabilities. My fridge was moved down a flight of stairs by one person. 7. Let the fridge sit for 24 hours before plugging it in. Very important. 8. The fridge handle needs to be attached, and it is very simple to do so. 9. There are two keys that come with the fridge, put them in a safe location as they are small and can easily be misplaced. 10. After the fridge is plugged in let it set another 24 hours before placing items in the fridge. What I like: this fridge is very quiet, functional, and has a great aesthetic. It fits perfectly under a counter. The shelves are movable, and the blue light inside of the fridge is pretty cool. Overall I think the fridge is great for my application and recommend, especially for the price point. There are so many under-counter fridges to pick from, but they are often well over $1,000. I have a nice, but basic house, and would prefer not to spend that kind of money for a TV room fridge. That was the main reason I picked this fridge.

We've had this refrigerator for about 12 months. It has performed very well, we've had no problems with it. We use it as an undercounter refrigerator in a study/home office. While we keep bottled water in it, we use it primarily to keep fruit and other snack type food items readily available. The pull-out wire shelves are nice, making items at the back easier to retrieve. However, because they are not solid, it also makes it difficult to get some items we keep completely upright. The inside of the unit is black, which is quite "sexy" (if one can characterize the inside of a cooler in such a manner). But it also makes it somewhat difficult to see what is inside. (This unit replaced an undercounter refrigerator that we had for several years that had a white interior. The older unit was much easier to see into.) The new unit has an interior light but unlike a typical refrigerator, the light does not come on when the door is opened and go off when it is closed. It is either on all the time or off all the time. And even when the light is on, it doesn't really provide much illumination. But despite the lopsided storage of some items and the poor interior visibility, I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

I purchased this beverage cooler in 2023, so it’s only about three years old. Unfortunately, it has already stopped cooling. I had a repair technician come out, and they determined that the belt needs to be replaced. I’m disappointed, as I expected better longevity and performance without needing repairs this soon. It worked fine initially, but having it fail after just a few years is frustrating.
