So I want to first say: I am a guy. The bra, garter, and the gstring all fit perfectly. The front of the gstring is just large enough to support the extra equipment. The fabric is nice and stretches a little and hugs the body just right.

38G 5'4 210lbs size 16. This fits perfectly... mostly. The garter belts were two different sizes. One fit great and the other was too tight. If you have larger breasts a bra clip will come in handy. The other downside, MINOR downside, is mine didn't glow in the dark after washing. Used free and clear detergent and washed with a couple bras on the handwash setting in a lingerie bag, air dried, and left under a bright light and still nothing. Like I said minor issue no big deal to me but just in case that info is important to someone else.
