I don't often leave reviews. Life's very busy and dont get much free time to play. But, I have to tell ya I haven't had this much fun since I was a teenager! ( I'm 57 ) The quality of this scooter I'm completely happy with. Only thing you have to do to ride is install the handlebars, and I would go over anything that needed to be tightened, which wasn't much. It's a beast for sure, im 5'11" 240lbs and it moves!!!! There is an instruction manual, but it just gives you the basics. No need to enter programming. The power button turns the scooter on, and as you're riding 1 quick press.. it changes your speed 1= eco 2= normal and 3= turbo Screen brightness is perfect even in direct sunlight. Great value for your money! *Will update if any issues arise.* Thanks to UNQYX for an awesome scooter!! * i recently reached out the customer service. And they got back with me within the hour, my question was about miles per hour. Versus kilometers an hour, they sent me a video on how to change it! tried your product its not for me the settings is complicated with no manual or instructions for the dashboard if any of the numbers are off p07 or p04 the scooter don't work correctly and instead of going to a manual i have to contact support i had to contact support just to change the km to mph because theres no manual or instructions ... show more

This scooter is very durable, so it will be hard to just pick up and carry.

What an awesome scooter The only thing wrong with it was it was sent with very minimal instruction. The manual is two or three pages without any details of for programming or troubleshooting issues. Also, we received a defective charger for the scooter. I would consider an American made scooter

Shows a seat but doesnt Come with one. States that it has a built in speaker but does not. It is fairly fast but has not reached 40mph. There is a bunch of modes such we PA,PC,P01-P08. No idea what any of them do or what they are for. There is no information for it either. Scooter is a bit wobbly as well. The tire valve stems stick out alot and the front one hits the front tire guard causing alot of noise and possibly other issues. ... show more

Its sturdy...rough looking, and fast...I weigh 165lbs...I bought 2..one for son he weighs 270lbs..rides great...my 1st scooter...very happy...thx
