So, I had one installed on my F-150 Ecoboost. My fuel mileage increased just over 2mpg, BUT, more importantly, throttle response increased, which also gave me a little more "oomph". So, I bought another one and had it installed on my wife's Expedition (which is also an Ecoboost), and having same success with her truck. More responsive acceleration, less turbo lag, and better mpg. Definitely worth the money. I didn't have time to do the install myself, so not sure how difficult or easy it may be. ... show more

I have a 2017 Ford expedition this is a great cold air intake highly recommend. I had a mechanic install it took about an hour definitely way more sir to the engine faster pick up a little more sound under the hood but nothing incredibly loud or annoying. As turbo motors love air highly recommend this kid would buy it again. Zero regrets five stars all around. Do it. :) ... show more

2016 Expedition Platinum EL. Install went without a hitch. You will need to contact K&N and request a vent tube insert if you receive a CEL code P04DB for crankcase ventilation system disconnected. The tube will slow down the airflow over the sensors to equalize the pressure readings over the MAP sensor. So far good sound, slight more pickup and turbo whine. Worried about he dropbin mpgs by 2-3. Thinking it may be the added air requiring more fuel to burn ... show more
