It fit a challenger hellcat. Be sure it comes with all parts, mine was missing some bands and nuts, used my old KN system bands. Still working properly; it’s been 2 yrs. Exhaust sounds better, stays cool, and install time is less then 1 hr.

Best mod I've ever done to a car
Pay attention - this intake is for the 2015 and 2016 specifically. I just installed it and the install was very easy and very quick. It took about a half hour from start to finish and I hadn't watched any instructional videos or anything before hand, just followed the directions. You'll need a couple of 10mm wrenches/sockets, an 8mm wrench/socket, a philips screwdriver, a flathead screwdriver, and the correct size torx/hex bits to remove the factory MAF sensor and reinstall it with the small bolts that come with the K&N kit. Basically, hand tools that should be in any DIYer's garage already. Bonus that it comes with a removable rain shield if you get caught in the rain, so the hood vent doesn't allow water to saturate the filter. It's not water tight, but it's better than nothing in an emergency. This is seriously the best mod I've done on any car, probably ever. The difference in sound is absolutely insane on my Challenger Hellcat. It's like driving whole new car now. Hit the gas, watch the necks snap. For the guy who said that the intake doesn't fit, looking at your pictures I can tell that you didn't install it correctly. There's a bracket that installs on the metal shield that's supposed to bolt where the factory bolt was that held the factory lower airbox in place. Read the directions. Yours is just shoved beside it, which is why it looks like it doesn't fit. For the guy who said that there's a hole in the intake that's for something that the factory car doesn't have - your car must have been modified so the crank case vent hose is routed elsewhere (do you have a catch can?) or you were sent the wrong intake. That hole is for the crank case vent hose valve sensor (see step 4 in the instructions for removal and step 18 for reinstallation). Make sure your car is a 2015 or 2016 and the kit you were sent is the 69-2550. ... show more

If you are stock this is a totally different animal , whine is 150% louder , heads just turn , comes with the metal cover for the hood grill , easy to install

Perfect.
It was either this or the bwoody intake. Have had other K&N intakes in the past. Love them all. This gives this engine what it should have had stock. To my ear a perfect amount of whine. And you get the cold air suck sound too. All electric gas pedals are dead compared to cables of the past. This gives that old school sensation back. Blip the pedal you get a little whine with a cold air suck when you let off. Second gear is truly astonishing now. Provided you have enough room to run it out. A fine problem to have. More gas gives an intoxicating mix of whine together with the exhaust blatt all the while the tires are trying hopelessly to find traction. This makes you smile wider if you can imagine that is possible with this evil ride. Very clean install great directions. Looks fantastic. I'm happy with this intake, easy to install no special tools required, noise is amazing I could feel a better throttle response when I rev the engine I will confirm it 100% when I drive the car and one thing I didn't see mentioned was that the intake comes with covers for the hood vents see pic there's 2 of them. I didn't install cause I won't drive my car when it rains.... little expensive yeah but worth it.. ... show more

Any external water will poor in on the air filter element
Not engineered properly for the Challenger Hellcat; heat exchange opening on the hellcat hood is directly above the air filter element. Any external water will poor in on the air filter element. I love K&N products and use them on all my vehicles, but this one needs to be re-engineered.
