the product adds a noticeable sound to my 2012 Camry XLE after around 2500 RPM and increased MPG to around 35 where I previously got around 28-30. It did take around 3 hours for the install which is well worth it for the sound and added MPG in my opinion. one small problem was the hose that goes from the engine to the evap was a little to small and was a real pain to get on other than that a great product! ... show more

This was the best mod yet… nice throaty sound and way better MPG. Definitely feels like the engine runs smoother now. No more suffocation by the stock air box. One thing I will say is this thing is extremely over priced for what it is. It was still worth it IMO but this would be a better seller at around $275…. Installation took 2.5 hours. It didn’t fit perfect in my 2017 camry so I had to make some adjustments. All in all still happy with my purchase. ... show more

It works its not hard tbh me and my homies did it and it rlly took about an hr and some change. it sounds good but isnt incredibly loud like u think it would be. as for saving gas Im not cause I like to floor it all the time.👍worth

It came with everything, no issues, came within two days of ordering, and I’m having no issues whatsoever with installing, also as far as change I can’t really feel much a difference prolly just a little but hardly noticeable but the intakes sound is definitely there after 2.5 rpm’s, other than that only complaint is I think this would be a good value at around 2-300 I feel like they overpriced this item buy a little ... show more

I think I am in love. My 4 banger sounds so nice now. It has a throaty sound when I stomp on it at WOT. Normal driving is still the same; not obtrusive at all. I don't know if it is psychosomatic but the car feels quicker to me; a like more torque. I am very happy with this and would 100% recommend - when it goes on sale of course. The only issues were a couple of issues with instructions - mainly the elbow where it says to hand tighten; then 2 full turns of the wrench. Be very careful or you will snap the elbow. I would say hand tighten but leave it at that. Although mine was hand tightened and a little lose, I don't think it is going anywhere. ... show more

Installed this on my 2015 Camry SE. Installation was pretty straight forward and took just under 1 hour. The instructions are lacking a few things, but if you have common mechanical know how, it's pretty simple. The overall quality is decent, however there aredefinitely quite a few things that could use improvement. While this does prevent you from sucking alot of the hot engine air, it's definitely not a tight seal. For the price tag, I was glad to see quality materials, but like most K&N products, this is meant to fit numerous different types of cars and/or years of the camry, which leaves alot of room for improvement as far as fitment goes. But as we all know, there aren't alot of manufactures making performance parts for the newer Camrys, so options are limited. Overall, this is a decent intake, but the price is a little more than its worth in my opinion. This would be a hot seller for around a $225 price tag and make the minor imperfections easier to overcome. Installs in under 1 hour and that's with me being pretty nit picky about things. Sounds great and definitely pulls more air into the engine. I have a few other aftermarket parts, including exhaust and some electronics, so actual horsepower gain I don't really know.
