Well built with good full welds on the unit. The coating and wire mesh are nicely finished with no bare spots or rust out of the box. The rack doesn't rattle once it is mounted when you are riding around, and it is very sturdy. You could pick up the four wheeler from the rack if you really wanted to do so. The basket holds my tool buckets, chainsaw and other items with no issues. I like the design and looks of it as well when mounted on the four wheeler. I mounted it to a Honda Foreman with the standard tubular rack. Overall I am very pleased with the unit. The only issues I had were with the directions, which while clear, seem to be reversed to me on which bolt that you use in which position. The instructions state to use the longer M8x68mm bolts to mount the side rails to the mesh platform and the M8x48mm bolts to mount the basket to the rails. These 48mm bolts are too short to mount the basket due to the fact that the mesh platform is slightly wider than the mounting area for the basket in the back. You have to loosen up the mesh platform and really pull the side rails in a bit (ratchet strap will do it) to get the basket to mount in between the rails and get the bolts started if you follow the directions. I think if you put the 48mm bolts in the mesh platform and used the 68mm bolts to mount the basket it would make more sense. The supplied U-Bolts and hardware are really soft and strip easily-I may have gotten a little overzealous with the impact while tightening it up however. They didn't supply any washers to use on the straps- so make sure you have a few available. They do supply Nylock nuts to keep the stuff from vibrating loose which is a nice touch. ... show more

This is an okay rack basket. It is low quality. Hardware was not the best for mounting. For the price I expected more considering I bought a front basket for $70 that is twice the quality. However, it'll get the job done and the tailgate part can be removed. I would just buy two front baskets if I did this again. ... show more

Convenient for hauling stuff. Five gallon buckets sit in it perfectly. Also have used to haul a chainsaw and other equipment. Not super heavy duty but it also was reasonably priced.
