This is not a solid wood so do understand what this material the corner edges can be less than perfect and could peel if you're not very careful with this. We purchased a ceiling to put on it but we're in the middle of some remodeling haven't gotten it done yet. It did take hours to put together but my husband is very meticulous when working on things. Everything lined up perfectly. My husband did compliment the directions because there were pictures without words, making them less confusing. He'd love the directions!

The buffet cabinet has nice lines with quality hardware. There is also lots of storage. The installation took several hours due to the number of screws, including many needing an allen wrench. My thumbs hurt. The quality of the top piece was mediocre. We were several hours into the installation before we noticed defects, otherwise I might have asked for a replacement. One of the front corners was chipped and about 8" along the back separated from the back trim. We used some glue to keep it from separating further. We are using it in our media room as a buffet/bar so overall happy with it.

The purpose for me buying this wasn’t meant for the standard use. We live in a house that doesn’t have much space for any kind of dining area. We had an old “kitchen island” we were using, but it was cheap and needed to be replaced after 9 years. Of course, space being limited, I decided to DIY one. That’s where the sideboard/buffet comes in. I needed something sturdy to hold pots/pans/glass baking dishes while also saving on space. After doing a lot of research, with my specific measurements, this is the one i decided on and I’m incredibly glad I did!!!! I needed one that had solid shelving and a lot of storage. As many others have said, it is tedious putting together. It took me about 6 hours solo. I unpacked everything and put them in order for ease of locating and accessing. I also took my time to make sure I did it right. The instructions are fairly straightforward: just a picture tutorial. You will need a Phillips screwdriver and I also used a flathead to tighten some of the other hardware (you’ll see when you get it). I still have one door I need to tighten, but by the end, my hands were cramping and my back hurt from bending over. I added the stainless steel top. All in all….it’s perfect!!!

We purchased this cabinet for a coffee buffet area. It really looks good in our home, and we love it. Its large enough for what we purchased it for plus there is storage for other things. You may be asking why the 3-star review on something that we love? It was extremely tedious to construct. Yes, with common tools and a little common sense almost anybody can assemble this cabinet. I myself spent 6 hours on a Saturday morning putting this GEM together. It may take you less time or more who knows! I took coffee breaks and had my breakfast so I really don't think the average person would take much longer. However, during the final steps of installing the 2 outer cabinet doors the screws split the laminate wood all the way down from upper hinge to lower hinge. It still holds the doors in place, but the screws do not tighten up. This makes it almost impossible to align the doors. I could have reached out to the manufacturer for replacement parts, but I would have to disassemble the cabinet and possibly damage other things. So, the plan is, for now, to glue the laminate and clamp it till it dries and redrill the hinge fastener holes. I would not order this cabinet again if I need to replace it. I love it but I really don't think it's worth the money, assembly time or repair time.

OMG where do I even begin… in these pictures it look super nice and expensive looking but ohhh boy was I wrong! First of all it took me A WHOLE DAY TO BUILD THIS. The extrusions make no sense. I spend from 11 am to 8 Pm and I had help and it still didn’t make sense. Some of the pieces didn’t even fit properly i was getting way to frustrated, I do not recommend this product because it honestly to cheap for the price and looks cheap don’t get me wrong from far away it look pretty fine. But up close you can really see how the drawers do not fit properly and I tried my best to pay attention as the extrusion and it still didn’t come out good. it was the most hardest project I’ve done just for it to not come out how it should b like in the pictures, you can’t out heavy things in it bc it’s so cheap it will just break through. not a good product I would return but it the build was so hard I will not look forward to undoing it just to get my refund. I will just want to save you guys from wasting your money when you can get such a better product.

The product came dinged up from transport, and was laborious to assemble but I'm pretty darn pleased with the results. I added the RUSTOWN Rustic Wood Wall Storage Cabinet with Two Sliding Barn Door, 3-Tier Decorative Farmhouse Vintage Cabinet above this unit in my kitchen and it came out great. It took about 5 hrs to assemble but everything lined up and it the unit came together very well.

Very solid and well made. I needed specific dimensions and it was spot-on! Carefully packaged with no damage whatsoever to the unit, no scratches, no warping, and pieces fit together as they should. Deep enough to store large pots/pans, popcorn cooker, and fry skillet. The drawers, hinges and hardware function perfectly. The box is VERY heavy, and I opened one end to slide out the pieces one by one. I had a friend assemble it and he said he was amazed at the quality. The top is solid and very attractive.
