I’m 260lbs at 5’7 wearing an xl top, there are no pockets (only 1 chest pocket) so it looks great tucked in better than out. It’s super soft, stretchy, and comfortable for a long day. But if you like throwing 20 items in your pockets all the time like I do and most people in the medical community do then i recommend using a cute thin jogger jacket with inside and out side pockets but I loved this top because I know how uncomfortable it is as a plus size women to find a great fit with comfort, I usually wear a 2xl in other scrubs but this XL was perfect

I haven’t worn them for a shift yet but so far I love this top! I have a bigger chest and arms and I have plenty of room in both. I got the touch joggers to match which I love as well. Can’t speak to longevity but I love the material and fit!
