We installed two of the "warm white to multicolored 640LED" sets today. So far I'm impressed. A few remarks: - We connected two strings together end-to-end (running off of one power supply and controller at one end). The brightness only goes to about 80% with two strings connected, which is acceptable to us. - The remote is infrared, not RF, so don't expect to use it through a wall. Still, the remote is very useful. - Each LED is a two-element LED, containing a white LED and a single-color LED (one of red, blue, green, or amber). - This is a two-wire system; it's not an RGB set, and it can't be set to chase or to a specific color. All of the modes are some pattern of warm white, multicolor, or a blend of the two, which is a pleasant effect. - The second connected set operates in the same mode as the first set, which is what we hoped for. - Flicker is very minimal. These lights are great. They look a little flimsy when you open the box but are much more sturdy than they look. Note that the plug is in the middle of the 131 ft. I really like the lights, they were easy to install, but I sent sent blue instead of white. It was so close to Christmas and I the shipping to send me white was 9 days, so I stuck with it, but kind of bummed.

We purchased these for Halloween last year & with the different light functions were able to keep up until cmas. Colors are true & they lasted even being up in the weather for 4mths. Loved having the remote & didn't tangle very bad at all. Pleased with purchase

The only drawback is that the plug is not waterproof, but we put a ziplock bag over the receptacle & that kept it dry. Debating on whether to leave them up for summer parties, hate to take them down!

Was excited to hang these lights until I realized you can't connect it to other "normal" lights. Tried to buy and adapter but you would need a double male adapter which apparently they don't make as it is unsafe. Very disappointed. Was hoping only to hang one strand on the house instead of connecting multiple. Maybe after my snowflakes go out that I needed to connect we will try again with these. ... show more
