My name is Ricci . I purchased my REDDYDY / RD2 ELECTRIC SCOOTER from Amazon. It is my first electric scooter, and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Its functionality aligns with the advertised specifications. The scooter’s robust construction and optimal battery capacity are exceptional. I utilize the scooter for approximately 15 miles one way on urban streets, and it performs admirably. I have adjusted the spring shocks damper based on my weight (145 lbs), and it now operates flawlessly. Additionally, I modified the scooter by adding a steering damper (as depicted in the attached photograph) due to its considerable power and the limited 10.5-inch wheels it comes with. The steering damper is essential for optimal performance, particularly when operating in SPORT MODE or speed #3, which is the maximum power setting. I have successfully reached 48 mph on a long, flat road. Furthermore, I have elevated the headlights by 16 inches above the stock position to enhance visibility and illuminate my path and other motorists. Given its powerful dual motor, I would recommend that the company consider increasing the wheel size. This would enable the scooter to navigate road bumps and potholes more effectively. However, aside from this minor modification, the scooter is an impressive piece of equipment. My next upgrade would be the handlebar. I would prefer a wider handlebar than the stock model to improve control. I would install a 740mm length riser bar. July 2,-handle bar upgrade, photos are included. It handles more efficiently, much better control and lesser fatigue on my arms, the handlebar has now a bit of a flex on bumps and hard stopping/braking. I advices you wear a helmet at all times during use for safety purposes. Have a great time.

Exceptional scooter bigger and more heavy duty than the pictures give it credit for. It shipped extremely fast and the power and speed of this scooter is off the charts! The battery life seems pretty decent but it's been VERY cold where I'm from lately so I haven't really got to test it's range in temperatures above 0-15 degrees yet! I will return to give a more detailed review in a few weeks but so far great value for the money! Update - So it's been over a month now and I am just flat out AMAZED at this scooters abilities! This thing has the range to get you where you want to go and ride all over while you're there.. and have plenty of power to still take you back home and some. This beast conquers ALL hills as if they were not even there! It's top speed is just about as advertised. Also I've ran into two different people that have this exact same scooter in my neighborhood over the last 2 weeks it's crazy 🤣 we of course stopped to admire each others scooters and they had nothing but good things to say about their scooter. $800 is a steal of a deal for this scooter I checked and for the power/range this scooter offerers you can't really find one cheaper then $2000.

The e scooter is super fun it goes 40-45 mph and when it’s in awd and you hit the gas the e scooter tires spin.if your new to e scooters I would stay under 30mph until you get comfortable just bc it’s a lot of power and if you don’t know what you really doing anything past 30 on any e scooter is going to be dangerous but I’ve gotten pretty comfortable on it and just the other day I needed to get on the main road which was a 45 and I was able to keep up but keep in mind the higher the mode the more battery burned but that’s fine ok now for some down sides the head light went out in the first month of ownership and bc of that it stopped the horn from working but I talk with the company and they sent me a new head light with instructions of how to install it. It took me a little while to install it bc there’s no external connector which yes a little more hard to replace but also it save you any issues of water getting in and shorting the light or any quick turns unplugging it so it’s not a bad design the second issue is clearance you get like 3-4 inches before the swing arm hits so it’s not something your gonna be riding up curbs with bc you’ll bottom out where other e scooters it’s the deck that’s the limit but it’s fine bc that swing arm is strong and is not going anywhere ok enough of the disadvantage some of my favorite features are the fact that you can choose to put a pin in or tap a card to unlock the e scooter sure people undermine it but it’s nice bc say you do crash your not risking snapping or bending a key the problem I had with my old e scooter the second pro is that it has wide tires great for mtb and off road trails they grip good around corners you can even get through a little sand especially bc it’s awd but yes it still spins and slides around here and there but it’s possible like I once had to go through 3 miles of a trail that wax quite sandy and I had a average speed of 18mph which is still quite expressive for a scooter. Ok and for practicality it’s foldable which is nice but it’s long and would be hard to fit in a car but a truck just fine it’s also heavy like 100 lbs heavy but that’s gonna be the same for any scooter in that class ok now let’s look for price points this was one of my biggest reasons I bought was bc it was like 900 out the door anything else sure goes faster but your looking at like 1600 for like 5 miles faster and for anything faster like 70-80mph faster your looking at a mars gtr or a hooga Daytona for 4500 dollars like I’m sure there worth it but it’s a lot more money and to be honest I barely ever top out and when I do it’s not for long. It also gots crazy comfy suspension like you can send it off curbs small jumps just fine my last e scooter I had sure you could do it but it felt like you were crashing a plane every time you land and this e scooter if eats bumps like when I first road on it I was like this feels like your riding a cloud it was awesome ok and if you want to see more videos of the e scooter I have videos posted on my YouTube theRedRocket2020

This D2 5000watt dual motor scooter is high quality and detail made. It's pretty fast and torquey. You can run the 2 motors at the same time or you can select the front or back motors separately. You have a choice of 3 gears also. If you run both motors at the same time in 3rd gear and sport mode, you better hang the frik on. 🤣🤣🤣 I'm 60ish yrs old and i have no idea why i bought it but, glad i did. I guess because i see a lot of scooters in my neighborhood. It's fun as heck. It's a little bit unexpectedly heavy tho. It will take me and someone else to put in the trunk of my car so i won't damage my car or my new toy. In the bed of my truck is no problem for me alone. It didn't come with a seat asmbly so, i bought one separately and custom fit it. The manufacturer or seller does have a seat for it for easy install in which is not currently available on AMAZON (yet) but, i believe they will soon. Seller communicates well for help or for assisting you further. Oh, be sure to get yourself a helmet. 🤣🤣

Great 2 wheel drive for first timers that are experienced with one wheel drive...can't emphasize enough about the difference (1WDvs2WD) I have two issues so far one the throttle is dangerous for this vehicle. Should have put in a thumb throttle or finger throttle. Two the headlight is a joke it's not mounted where it can be stabilized and it will probably go out within the first month that you own it.....like mine did. Plan on investing in a new headlight...a different headlight.

Very nice riding scooter I live in a city with lots of pot holes and this scooter does well with it! The battery life is pretty decent. And the company is very supportive when I broke my screen they sent me a new one right away.

If I could give 0 star I would. I brought this scooter..unpacking box try charging it. Which it wont.. I contacted seller took few days for response.. in which I was told it might be charging port.. also they want me pay for return fee.. so they sell me scooter tht don't work and want me pay couple hundred more to mail it back.. bad company and service beware
