Screen is relatively poor quality and smudgy. The type of Android leaves somewhat to be desired. But it works. The main issue is that I thin they over-hyped the speed. IT IS NOT A FAST device, either responding to touches, or in general. They make it sound like it has all this memory and processing speed. Well, yeah, nope. With that out of the way, it's ok. The family-style games and restrictions are basic and interesting to the targeted age group. It's weaker than an older kid would likely want. The cover is pretty flimsy and unlikely to stand up to actual abuse. I am saying all this to let you know not to get it for yourself ... nor for a rambunctious kid. Key points: its screen is large and there are 2-player games. Adding your own app is doable, but they make it hard to do. I bought 2 (different color cases) for 2 different aged kids. The younger one broke the charger cord because it is hard to insert. No actual charger came with these. Anyway, I hope you like them. My kids are enjoying them, and the setup only took me a few hours each. You need accounts and all that rigamarole. I wish you could just get something and hand it to them. When tablet arrived everything was perfect. 3days later it started to work very slow. Now it doesn't even turn on sometimes and when it does come on it take LITERALLY about 10mins to fully come on. It's the worst thing I've bought on Amazon so far. I guess it's true what they say "You get what you pay for"........ ... show more

Very easy to set up and use. Battery life seems quite good think about 5 hours. Charges quick. New Android charger.. The sleeve is perfect for my 4 year old, makes it easy to hold, its thin plastic rubber sleeve not foam. Easy to put in and out of backpack, light. Came with screen protector on. No damage at all after 3 months. Works fast enough for my 4 year old. Some apps are a bit slow to load but YouTube works fine. Seems like lots of storage so far. Camera is not great but its fun to play with. Sound is good. Back stand works well. Comes with a few education apps that are ok but you can easily download apps from Google play. Abcmouse is a little slow but works fine. My 4 year loves it. Great tablet for the price ... show more

I'm not gonna BS you and say this is a wonderful tablet, but for the price it's been acceptable. Made obnoxious clicking noises when off for a while, never got around to sending it back but it seems to have fixed itself. Not the greatest for gaming but again for the price that's to be expected.

There a few problems with this tablet, however it is cheap so that's to be expected. The first problem is the battery life, it is much shorter than marketed. I had just fully charged the tablet and all I did was download an app, it went all the way down to 15% just like that. The screen is so dry it's hard to swipe on. Maybe this is only a problem when it's newer, but I've never had an electronic this difficult to move my fingers on. The visuals are also very poor, whether it be games, videos, etc. I originally got this tablet to draw on but the screen is so delayed it was impossible to maintain accurate lining. After that I decided to just play games but they were all laggy and had low quality graphics. Lastly I tried to simply watch youtube, but the audio was delayed on every video I tried to watch, and I couldn't get it to ever sync up. Also maybe this is by design or just a personal issue, but I can only use the charger that game with the tablet, even if I have the same type for other devices, they don't work on this one. This was a problem because the charger they give you is so short it doesn't reach anywhere I need it to. Maybe I should've known better ordering a $50 samsung tablet but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. ... show more
