Right out of the box it blue screened on and off and still does. I was going to write this review on the tablet portion but the on screen keyboard doesnt work anymore. The case keyboard only stands erect when on a hard surface and even then don't move the surface or it'll topple over. This was a terrible computer. It didn't stand on the stand, so it fell over all the time. and in spite of being connected to the keyboard, the keyboard on the screen kept appearing on the computer so I couldn't type of the face of the computer nor the keyboard. But if the computer was terrible, the processing of my return was ZERO stars. You received the computer back on Dec 5. I was told the refund would be issued by Dec 13th. Now I'm told by Dec 23. That's outrageous. When I receive my refund, I'm canceling Amazon forever. Your customer service has gone from great to an abomination.
