This is a decent budget priced sling. It’s nothing fancy but does what it’s supposed to. My only real complaint is how the neck strap hits. It just won’t adjust to where it hits quite right. Otherwise, it’s pretty good. It has a lot of adjustment to it so it should fit most anyone.

This has a lot of nice features, but a few design flaws as well. All-in-all, I have to say that I can't imagine you finding such a nice sling at such a low price, so if you can address the issues I note in this review, you'll be happy with your purchase. I'm only giving this 3 stars, however, because I don't think most people read the reviews, and if I give this 4, it will make it seem like it's almost perfect. The fabric and shape of the arm-piece are very comfortable. The fabric is soft (it's mesh, so I was surprised). And since it's mesh, it doesn't trap unnecessary heat and make you sweaty. There are 2 good size loops at the hand end of the sling, so you can slip your thumb through them so they can help stabilize the fabric when you move your arm. There's a nice cushiony piece, about a foot long and 2" wide, to keep the stress on your shoulder and neck as minimal as possible. However, it only comes in one size, and unfortunately size is a problem. There are 2 straps, one that is sewn to the back of the sling at the elbow, and the other sewn to the front, above the hand opening. The straps are long and generous, but even thought they're adjustable at each end of the sling, the sling doesn't fit me even when the straps are pulled as tightly as possible (and I'm a 5'7" woman). And since the straps are attached at the front and back of the cushion the adjustment can offset where it lays on your shoulder. When the straps are at their tightest, it lays in front of your chest, and there's no way to remedy that. I imagine this would be a great fit for a man - even a fairly large man. But it won't fit a small or medium sized woman (or even me, and I'm on the tall side of medium height). I'm hoping I can remove unstitch the straps from the sling, remove some of the length, and reattach them so the sling will work for me. Finally, each side of the strap in the front is labeled. One with L and a down arrow, the other with R and down arrow. Other than referring to left and right, I have no idea what this is supposed to designate, and the directions are just useless.

My husband recently had shoulder surgery and still experiencing some aches so this sling is just what he needed. It's made for use in the shower but it works as a backup sling and is comfortable to wear around the house. The material does not irritate the skin and the mesh is breathable so your arm does not sweat or smell when taken off. I like that it's also adjustable so anyone in the family can use this sling.

This light weight sling is super comfortable and adjustable. It is made of mesh so its super breathable. I needed something light weight for the hot summer. I no longer have to suffer from sweaty arms!

I like that it came with instructions. The mesh isn't the thing kind with the big holes. My arm was comfortable in the sling. The material isn't rough.

I ordered this to add to our first aid/trauma kit for when we are camping/hiking/fishing. While I don't know how comfortable it would be to wear for an extended period of time, I think it is a great option for first aid kits. It is compact, sturdy, and an affordable price.
