It didn’t work all. The screen was frozen from the get go. I called Amazon for technical support and first they tried to deny that I ordered it. They did finally transfer me to technical support and they hung up on me. I sent it back and hope they give me my refund. I ordered an HP and if is wonderful. I really like this laptop. It's a great size, light weight, and therefore transports easily. I needed something to replace another laptop that didn't have Windows, and this is perfect. The Jumper laptop doesn't have all the bloatwear that comes with other brands, which is really a plus for me.
