The chair came in two boxes and a very simple directions . If you are not used to building things these directions may not be for you since they were not to the extent. It took my less than 20 minutes to put the arms back and the bottom of the chair together however one of my cables were squished for the remote and they didn’t attach to each other so I had to use a pliers to connect them together . I also needed pliers to connect one arm to the bottom since the sliding mechanism was bent inwards but in the end it was not a big deal. Of course I would have loved a perfect conditioned item for 300+ dollars but I guess this is what happens when you order things online and unfortunately sometimes they get messed up during delivery etc. the material of the recliner is great and it is perfect size for my mom I think. The only thing I wish that it had the option to adjust only the legs without the back . Ohh also the remote for the massage is truly unreadable … you need a magnifying glass to read whatever is written on it so you basically just guess and check for the massage !

The chair works perfect and everything is great. The only downside is that the words on the remotes are hard to read and see. They are tiny letters and the colors make it hard to read. The power, intensity and heat button are only ones I can read.

I waited to make a review because I wanted to see how well it held up after the other reviews. I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s been used daily. Pros every thing works still. I’ve slept in it as well and it still works great. The heat is not hot it’s just good enough. The massage is actually decent and you can change from high to low. You can change the setting timer from 15,30 and 60 minutes. You can choose to only massage certain parts. I think it’s well worth the money. Cons I wish it reclined flatter so you could lay more flat. I have to use a pillow in my lumbar area because it starts hurting quickly. But overall it’s great. Putting it together was simple. I will come back and update if it falls apart after I review this. I’m hoping the material lasts.

I’m using this chair for after surgery for a tummy tuck. I like the quality and that it assists getting up and that’s going to be major for me. I do like the feel of the chair it’s made with quality. The massage modes are good as well.

I have Parkinsons. which makes it difficult to get out of a chair..and makes it a pain to get to a beauty parlor to have my hair cut which means it's in my face, and has weakened my muscles. All that combined made it difficult to put the chair together, and I couldn't get the right arm in the front to connect.; however I can now get out of the chair, which pleases me.

Great chair for the money. I use a pillow for my lower back because it doesn’t have a great lumbar support (and I have no back problems). We would have gotten another one, but that’s an issue for us.

This is a very well designed chair. The frame is very solid and the leather is better than usually seen in this price range. The controls are easy to follow. Most of these chairs are much too large for apartments. This chair is also compact and checks that box.

I used this product for to sleep on because it is easy to get up and down!! I fell causing damages to my back and shoulder therefore I thought this would be the idea thing. But there is not much cushion and you can feel it the medal or wood whatever they used plus it makes noises and squeaks as it moves!! This recliner is not as good as the first recliner I purchased! This recliner really is uncomfortable 😫 😐
