I waited to make a review because I wanted to see how well it held up after the other reviews. I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s been used daily. Pros every thing works still. I’ve slept in it as well and it still works great. The heat is not hot it’s just good enough. The massage is actually decent and you can change from high to low. You can change the setting timer from 15,30 and 60 minutes. You can choose to only massage certain parts. I think it’s well worth the money. Cons I wish it reclined flatter so you could lay more flat. I have to use a pillow in my lumbar area because it starts hurting quickly. But overall it’s great. Putting it together was simple. I will come back and update if it falls apart after I review this. I’m hoping the material lasts. ... show more

    • Perfect post-surgery recliner
I was hesitant to order this chair. It couldn't be any good, right? It's perfect. Now you aren't gonna want to sit it next to a piece of fine leather furniture, but if you have that you probably aren't looking at this chair. It is attractive faux leather. Super comfortable. Excellent range of motion when reclining and lifting. It is the perfect size for me. I'm 5'5"and 142 pounds. I've been sleeping/living in it since having several plastics procedures with no complaints. It's big enough for me to move around comfortably, but not so large that I roll over on my side (I need to sleep in an upright position). The recliner didn't arrive on time, but I ordered it early. Keep timing in mind. It comes in two boxes, with one coming one day and the other a couple days later. Not the fault of the chair, though, so lateness isn't accounted for in this review. In the realm of “you get what you pay for,” this chair exceeds expectations, but not by a lot. Appearance is surprisingly good, the leather supple and of decent quality, stitching even, etc. Motor is quiet, seems up to the task. Small things make you realize this is not “fine furniture,” but a well disguised piece of equipment. Chair arms are obviously made of 2x4 forms, covered with leather and topped with a well-padded cushion that on mine is just slightly, if annoyingly, off-center - so that the sharp edge of the 2X4 pinches against slightly an arm or elbow, if your arm is not raised up onto the armrest, but instead is relaxed at your side. Chair was a life-saver for me following back surgery, and allows a wide range of positions. Cord on the heating/vibration unit is substantially shorter than that of the main remote, for no apparent reason; I find the cup holder a good place to rest the control. Pillow is the proper size, not too firm, although smaller people may need some additional support. Seat box is quite large, suitable for a large man; those with shorter legs (me, at 5’6”) may need to prop a pillow behind your back for full lumbar support. This chair had everything I was looking for . Power lift was most important. The fact that this chair reclines was a plus. Very comfortable, you will fall asleep with no problems. The heat and massage work well. Very quiet as well. Looks great and comes in a few different colors. The hardest part of assembly for me was pushing in the cp holders.     • I feel I got more than expected.

When I ordered this chair I did it because I tried to put a love seat in the basement but I could not get it down the stairs. So I decided to do a chair for watching TV and gaming. It had to fit down the stairs, the basement is cold so I thought heat would be a good option. Reclining was a plus so I did not have to have yet another piece of furniture in an small area. I was looking to stay between 200 and 300. I found this chair and ordered it. It came quicker than expected, actually half did which was confusing at first but somehow the 2 boxes got separated at some point. I would say it was pretty easy to put together as no bolts are required. After it was all said and done I found out this chair also swivels, rocks and have message in it. All things I did not notice when ordering it. I have used it for about 3 weeks and so far I am very happy with it. I use the message way more than I expected it to. The only complaint I have is that the controller for the heat and message can not be read in the low light. Not a deal breaker. Not thick leather so if you have animals or kids...... might be an issue down the line. ... show more

This chair is really nice once set up, there are a couple issues when putting it together that make it hard. The instructions need improvement, its explaination of the wiring and the extension of the arms were both issues. There was an extra piece in the qiring that caused nothing to work. Once I eliminated the unnecessary piece, it worked perfectly. Heat is barely warm and the massage is perfect for an 80 year old qho would be sensitve to temperature and vibration. The lift is slow but that also qould be best for an elderly individual. All in all it is a very good product for its intended purpose. ... show more
