It arrived in 2 boxes. 1st box with base arrived in 1 day. 2nd box with both armrests and back arrived the next day. Very easy to put together and everything works great. Very comfortable to sit in and recline. I'm 5'9" and 310lbs so I was worried but it's great and I have plenty of room. The only thing I can't speak on would be how long the quality will last however at this price I really don't think you will regret it. My advice is to buy it. I didn't have a tracking number for the 2nd box at first but after an email to the seller they gave me one so you just have to ask for it.

This chair was purchased following an abdominal muscle repair surgery, and it’s been the best investment we’ve made so far. I’m 6 days post-op, and this chair is the only place where I can sit and sleep very comfortably. The lift part of it is incredible, as it makes getting off the chair and start walking super easy right now when I can’t be engaging my core muscles. The reclining is very nice for sleeping/nap time. It doesn’t completely lay me flat, which is fine with me because I can’t pull on my skin that much anyway. Overall, a super comfortable chair. I’ve been sleeping on it very nicely, and surprisingly haven’t had back pain (yet).

I love the feel, the various massage modes and the heat is absolutely wonderful. There are several problems that need to be fixed. 1- The only way you can recline to the sleeping position is the majority of your body must be resting on the upper portion of the chair or else it starts moving to the upright position by itself. 2 - The part that you push in to make it become in a upright position is very hard to do and the cord connecting the chair to the wall socket is constantly coming aloose. Every day I have to get down on the floor and put it back in the connector in the back of the chair, I am 70+ yrs old which is challenging to say the least. 3 - It is noisey. However, it is worth the money you pay for it. Next time I will buy a completely electric one, I thought that's what I was getting with this one.

I recently purchased a recliner and have a few concerns to share regarding its comfort and functionality. …Arm Comfort One of the main issues is with the armrests. The inside of the arms feels like wood, which becomes uncomfortable over time. There isn't enough padding to provide a cushioned feel, making it less ideal for extended use. This hard surface can detract from the overall comfort that one expects from a recliner. …Footrest Mechanism Another significant issue is the footrest mechanism. It's quite different from what I'm used to and requires more effort to push down. This could be problematic for individuals with limited strength or mobility, as it demands a bit of force to operate. A smoother and more user-friendly mechanism would greatly improve the experience. …Overall Comfort and Usability Aside from these concerns, the recliner does have some positive aspects. The backrest offers good support, and the overall design is aesthetically pleasing. I waited to make a review because I wanted to see how well it held up after the other reviews. I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s been used daily. Pros every thing works still. I’ve slept in it as well and it still works great. The heat is not hot it’s just good enough. The massage is actually decent and you can change from high to low. You can change the setting timer from 15,30 and 60 minutes. You can choose to only massage certain parts. I think it’s well worth the money. Cons I wish it reclined flatter so you could lay more flat. I have to use a pillow in my lumbar area because it starts hurting quickly. But overall it’s great. Putting it together was simple. I will come back and update if it falls apart after I review this. I’m hoping the material lasts.

Reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it comes in 2 boxes and the first box received pretty much on time but the second box 5 days late and needed this on time because of my surgery. Besides this delivery issue they also said they were gonna reimburse me $20 for the delivery issue but never did. the power recliner chair is amazing for the price so far. I’ve been using since about 5 days ago and it has helped me so much after my Alif & Psf back fusion surgery. I definitely recommend. I haven’t been able to sleep in my bed and this chair has definitely done the job. I love this chair as it has helped me so far a week in from surgery.

I received this chair as a gift after my knee replacement surgery. It was exactly what I needed! About a year later the motor stopped working. I reached out to the company and they helped to trouble shoot the problem and sent a replacement motor. I highly recommend this chair and this company.
