I bought this after my aunt sent my Dad one . I am able-bodied, and he has Parkinson’s. We can both use it, so that’s awesome. I like it because it’s lightweight, so it is easier to hang up, and easier to move. It is still adequate for punching and kicking. This is not a heavy bag, so no…..you cannot use it as a heavy bag. If you are using it for speed, form, aerobics, rehab….great. If you want to kick it has hard as you can, it can take it, but it’s also going to fly across the room. Well, it would if it weren’t so well attached. :-) Anyway, I like it. I do taekwondo, and I had a heavy bag, but I about broke my hand when I tried to move it. I decided I need something that is safer for Me to move if needed. I could also use this outside or inside, since it’s so easy so easy to move. I like that. 5 stars because O got exactly what I paid for. No surprises. Good quality.

I have a small home gym and really wanted to add a punching bag. I explored a variety of options but honestly did not want to deal with the hundreds of pounds of sand or water that they require. So when I found this, I was optimistic but had really low expectations. The Jukestir turned out to be exactly what I needed. Do not let its slim appearance fool you. It is made of a solid durable foam that is designed to take a punch. Its movements mimic fighting an actual opponent, unlike static punching bags. Install is a simple process that will have you working out within minutes. Because of the nature of its movements, I find myself thinking abut my fighting strategy and not just punching but blocking and moving as well. At a third of the cost of a Bob the body punching bag, it is more than a value for the money. The con, you can't go all out with power punches or kicks. This is a thinking fighters training tool. No two rounds with the Jukestir will ever be the same. Get ready for an awesome workout.

I'm 73 and recently diagnosed with Parkinson's...Ugh....My wife saw an ad for this and it is now hanging in my kitchen. A bit soon to tell if it helps with balance but it's a lot of fun so far.

Wanted to wait a few weeks to try this out before reviewing. I have been eyeing this for awhile and finally ordered one and I’m glad I did. It arrived fast and took 5 min to install. It has a nice weight to it because the foam is dense. It does have some give to the foam, but it’s relatively firm and definitely a well-made simple construct. I use it with and without sparring mitts for martial arts practice… kicks, punches, combos, and even defense because if the way bounces around. I have been using a WaveMaster and now think I’m going to get rid of it because it’s big, heavy, and hard to move around the garage… this thing takes up way less room, is more versatile, and I’m actually using it. I’ve even considered moving it in the house from the garage because I could easily hang it from the ceiling. It’s actually fun to use and I lose track of time with good music going. I also like that it helps my brain and reaction time. Checks a lot of boxes. I bought black, but ended up also getting a red one and am going to give the black one as a Christmas gift for a friend I train with. I didn’t open the black one so don’t have a pic of it. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

I still use it. It's still fun. Every time you use the bag it's a new challenge, very engaging. It's not for hitting hard like a normal bag but it moves a lot. Very tricky movement helps with footwork and timing. I actually use this bag more than my heavy bag because I feel like it makes me move better. It reminds me more of sparring. It's easy to install, but you do need to install it. Works better for punches than kicks. Bottom line, my strikes are way more accurate now so I'm happy.

Awesome concept but Sadly if you use it often it will start to rip! I’m gonna go 3 stars cause it works… 1 star if it rips in the next 2 weeks… this is day 2
