I am in hufflepuff okay, so, I wanted to make myself an aesthetically pleasing blanket. right, so, I looked through all the colours, and Hufflepuff has this bright yellow, and being on the spectrum, it really hurts my eyes to see such light- almost pastelly colours. so I chose this darker kind so it was nicer on these eyes. Highly recommend getting this yarn if your making anything for comfort.

I find this yarn to be a case of you get what you pay for. It is inexpensive, extremely soft, and has a vibrant hue. It also snags and falls apart easily. I find it works for loose stitches as an accent but actually creating an entire make from it would be difficult. I had several inches lose all the chenille when I tried to pull it through a crocheted piece. For the price it's worth buying to see how it works for your project.

I am very impressed, probably the most plush, velvety chenille I've worked with so far, it's pretty much a worsted weight too! Light and easy to work with, and doesn't snap as easily as other chenilles I've used, I'll probably be back buying some more!

Thinner than I expected, but so amazingly soft! If you go to tighten ends, the fuzz WILL come off, unless you trip tightly enough to grab the center string inside. Awesome stitch definition while still being incredibly soft. Sheds a tiny bit, but nowhere near most chenille yarns

Easy to work with but colors are not as they appear on website. First pic is NIMBUS which looks like a dark taupe online but came in as grey Second pic is the NIMBUS skeins sitting on the OPAL blanket I crocheted. Third pic is the NIMBUS image online vs reality. You can see how grey it is in person. Initially wanted a dark grey and ordered the STORM which came in as blue. Then I decided to go with a dark taupe to compliment the tan of the opal color and ordered the nimbus which is dark grey. Decided to keep it regardless but it's definitely not dark taupe. Additionally, the darker the yarn the more sheen you see.
