UPDATE: Customer service A++++ replacement for the suction cup was went. I'm giving 4/5 stars because though the warranty and customer service is willing to solve any issues you may have.. I believe the product isn't made to be very reusable none the less. The suction cup is the biggest issue.. it sticks like glue.. and less like suction... It has some sort of tacky on it.. The machine comes with about 20 throw disposable covers to place in between uses, I'm assuming. I thought maybe I wasn't using it correctly and I tried placing these covers on the suction cup before setting up. Using it like that so the glue didn't mess up my furniture did work but it didn't stay in place when the machine was in use. The angle of the suction cup seems less sturdy with every use as well, even after replacement. I do like this machine regardless. It's an AMAZING price. I love that it has a lot of power, doesn't die out on me, very helpful attachments available, and small enough to hide in my room and bring wherever. I've been propping a towel underneath the angler since it kind of mutes the sound as well. It helps I think? I'll definitely be looking into an upgrade, with Hi-Smith. This product was a waste of money. It doesn't adhere properly. I had to keep readhering it to my headboard and the machine wouldn't stay in the angle I wanted. I was so excited about this new toy. Such a shame it doesn't do what I hoped it would do.

Worked amazing 3 months then stopped, not sure what happened after every use it was put back in the case and was fine not sure if faulty motor or what just sucks really bad because i am 5 days past return accepted date which sucks any help in fixing would be greatly appreciated!!

Bought this and a suction cup adapter to use my own toys in a small space. And it worked the first couple times. However, as of these last weeks, it's been a losing battle to get it to stay in place. Even on its own, without the weight of a dildo or adapter, the toy falls off the wall, topples over, etc. Nothing works. So now I have a machine that worked wonderfully for a little bit but is now an expensive waste of space. Edit: After a great experience with Hismith customer service, I got a stronger stand for my device. Unfortunately, I encountered the same issue as before with it falling off the wall, but now have the additional problem of the actual holder coming apart mid use as well. The toy I wanted to use with the company's adapters is not much bigger than theirs, and much larger ones are sold through here, so I don't really know why it doesn't work. However, it's painful and frustrating for this thing to fall on me mid use, and I honestly don't want to keep trying to fix it. ... show more

It is pretty noisy but if you can get past that then it is an amazing toy. It has its own travel bag that makes it look official like. With the adapter the company sells, you could potentially use any toy with this machine.
