Perfectly working, strong and quality.
I like the fact that it was so strong, long life battery, pictures quality was not bad, Ram and storage memory are perfect, touch screen response is very fast and easy to click, the pictures quality of both camera are okay, durable, portable and good quality. No regrets at all.

Good kids' tablet with limitations.
The 11-inch screen offers a decent size for kids to watch videos and play games. It has 128GB of storage, which is more than enough for apps and media. The parental controls are a nice feature for keeping content appropriate. The build quality feels sturdy, thanks to the EVA case that helps protect it from drops. However, the battery life could be better, as it tends to drain quicker with heavy use. Overall, it serves its purpose well for kids, but be prepared to charge it more often than expected.

Advertised support is not there.
I bought this tablet to replace a much older one that could no longer run many of my apps. The price was good. Jren has been making photo frames for years and said they wanted to break into the tablet market. Over all the tablet is nice. The two main issues are support and a weak operating system. There are fewer settings than most tablets. The whole OS seems like a scaled down version with no tools to help. The first problem I had is the touch sensitivity at the edges. The screen has objects right to the edges. The problem is that much of the navigation is very small and set right at the edge. I usually have to hit the button very many times before it works. The bigger problem is that the time zone cannot be changed from China. I spent over a month now trying to get tech support to understand that none of their procedures or options work. The time zone will not sync to the network and there is no enter button to manually set it. It takes a week for tech support to reply and they keep repeating what is in the manual, which doesn't work. The time zone may not seem like a big issue, but setting appointments and reminders on email calendars records the time 12 hours off. Some of my apps will not work in China and use the time zone to verify, so I can't use them. If you want a tablet for the kids, the price is right. If you want a tablet for social and productive tasks, this isn't it. Revised to 3 stars. The tablet isn't bad, the support is. The tablet is just mediocre.
