Got this on my wife's 2021 VW Tiguan and install was super easy with the instructions and took maybe 15 min tops and half of that was me being super particular about the spacing to match my Subaru exactly so transferring roof based racks was even easier. They look just like oem racks too. They have been on the vehicle for probably 10k miles at this point with everything from bike racks to ski boxes and kayaks and they have been rock solid the whole time. ... show more

The rails seemed really nice quality for the money, but they sent keys that didn’t work so the rails were useless. You can’t even install without the keys and we were also missing a bolt so even if the keys did work it couldn’t be held on properly. We called costumer service to see if we could get the correct keys and they never called back when we left a message and they never answered their phones with a customer representative; we also emailed to no avail.
