I’m really impressed with these cross bars. As you can see in the photo, the fit is spot on for my 5th Gen RAV4. The matte black finish looks just like the factory part and doesn't have that cheap "aftermarket" vibe. Value for money: You honestly can't beat the price. Compared to the dealership cost, this is a steal. Quality & Stability: The aluminum feels sturdy and well-made. Once locked in with the included keys, they feel very secure. I was thrilled to find this roof rack at a fraction of the price I would have to pay Toyota for one. Installation was straightforward and not difficult. This thing has worked like a champ! Solid quality, and no concerns with it on my Highlander. Fit was perfect for my 2021 Highlander Hybrid Platinum. There is definitely some noise at highway speeds when I have the roof rack and my ski rack on, but that is to be expected. Overall, I'm thrilled with this purchase and its price point. Would definitely recommend!

I thought I wanted to have something to put stuff on top of my car, but I didn't do my homework. The one thing you will always hear about car top bars is that they are convenient. What you will not always hear is that you WILL have more wind noise. These bars are light, easy to put on, and can probably handle a fair amount of weight. I can imagine I could move a mattress on top of the car with these on as they appear sturdy enough for that. My primary purpose was for SUP boards, and those are much simpler to just throw up there, tie, and go... and are much lighter than a mattress. As such, they function exactly as I intended to use them. They are very easy to install on my Rav4. I take off the cover, screw in a bolt on each of the 4 spots, and use the keys to close/lock the PLASTIC cover. They fit perfectly without much fuss. As with anything else made of hard plastic, these covers could be easily defeated by someone with a small pry bar, but then again, if someone wants to steal something, it will be stolen. NOW... for the noise. I have the glass top/sun roof package. I can't open the sun roof and enjoy it on the freeway because the noice is just too much. I have decided that since putting them on/taking them off is so easy, I will do just that. When I know I need them, they will go on, and off when I don't. It would be great if someone could invent easier off bars. They are worth the money, just not worth keeping on at all times.

I’m a72 year old woman and I put these on all by myself. Drove from Chicago to Houston with a roof bag attached to them and it didn’t move an inch. They lock. Fit my 2015 RAV4 even with having to put them at the thickest part of the side rails. To get them off, you just take the key and unlock each side. They’re not real heavy but work great! Good value!
