This is actually an amazing set for the price. Looks great, assembly is relatively easy, wider chairs for those of us with hips, solid, comfortable, etc. Let me start with assembly. I read a handful of reviews about it being difficult to assemble. This is the exact same as buying any other assemble-yourself furniture. If you have purchased and assembled Ikea furniture, you can do this. I put the whole thing together myself over the course of three evenings after work, couple of hours at a time. I put the sofa together first, then moved on to the rocker/swivel chairs. Wish I would've opened this one first since it included a mini-ratchet tool. SO freaking helpful and unexpected. Never received a tool like this in any other furniture I've ordered. It WAS annoying at times because the screw had to be at just the right angle while assembling. Doing it myself, I found myself doing weird things to use my feet, hands and whatever to hold the pieces at the right angle. But really it's to our benefit. Everything was correctly aligned once assembled. No adjustments needed and everything is level/solid the first time. The cushions - I thought at this price that the cushions wouldn't be great. I am the type that wants/needs squishy/cozy. Had anticipating it not being up to my standards (I live in a cloud). But lo and behold it was!! I am actually very comfortable with these cushions and don't need any extra padding! Bottom cushions are a little rigid (but squishy) to hold up to constant sitting. Back cushions are super squishy and very comfortable to lean back against. And give it time if necessary. All of the furniture except for the 2 chairs - the bottom cushions were not vacuum packed. Was ready to go out of the bag. 2 seat cushions were vacuum packed and took overnight to get to its proper size. Very comfortable like the rest after waiting. Another thing I would like to mention is to be patient with shipping. It all came pretty quickly, so that's not what I mean here. I ordered a larger set and didn't know how many boxes were coming my way. Came via FedEx for me. They dropped 2 boxes off on a Saturday and the tracking was updated to "delivered". On Sunday I started opening boxes and there was a lot of pieces missing. I contacted the seller with concern. Later on that night one more box showed up, then Monday the final box showed. Confused why it was labeled as "delivered" when not all of it was. But oh well, all worked out in the end. I am so happy with this set. I am so glad I decided to go for it an buy this set. Would 100% recommend to anyone. As a side note - I actually did contact the seller when I thought a lot of stuff was missing. Sunday night box showed up before they responded, so I wrote a note to say more had come (and apologized). Seller was SUPER nice in their response and said to please contact them if there were any issues. I really appreciated that.

I absolutely LOVE this wicker patio set with 2 swivel rocker chairs and matching side table. After looking at numerous reviews and pictures, I finally decided on the Joyside patio set based on the excellent reviews, fantastic price and beautiful red cushions. Shipping was super fast and the products were packed with plenty of protection. Assembly was fairly easy and quick. The key is to not overtighten the screws until the end; otherwise, you won't be able to line up the holes easily. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality, value, comfort and looks of this patio set. In fact, I liked the furniture so much that I ALSO bought the matching sofa and ottoman set (3rd picture). Thank you!

Ordered these chairs after waiting for months from some we ordered from Home Depot that never were restocked. We were REALLY hesitant to order chairs we'd never sat in, but based on reviews and appearance, we took a chance on these. (We live in a rural area, so other than Lowe's and HD, there were really no other places to look in person) Chairs arrived in good time, and in good shape - except for one arm that had been damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller and sent photos. The seller got back to me in a few hours, and said they'd send a new one as soon as they could. It took a little while to receive, but they had told me that would be the case, so we were fine waiting. The replacement arm was in great condition, and the chairs look and feel awesome...very comfortable to sit in and the rock and swivel feature is great! All in all, very happy with the experience and would order from this seller again! PS- I HIGHLY recommend having TWO people for assembly! There are several steps that require one person to hold something, and the other to attach it.

I absolutely love my new patio furniture. It is very comfortable and beautiful. My boyfriend put the furniture together by himself, there was a little bit of swearing. One of the seat cushions came with stains. I reached out to the seller and they have told me a replacement cushion will be delivered to me. I sent a message in the afternoon regarding the cushion and received a response the same night. Hopefully the cushion will be delivered as promptly as the response I received from the seller. Overall, great patio furniture that should last a long time. Oh, and a bonus was the cover to put on the furniture for bad weather. I would definitely recommend buying this patio furniture.
