The media could not be loaded. Great product, but the screen flickers badly and stops functioning sometimes . See my video. I know for a fact that the problem is where the ribbon cable connects to the head unit, not the connection to the back of the screen. I have to give this 2 stars until Joying fixes this. I purchased this in the beginning of April and it worked ok. It is now the end of September and people I call complain about a lot of static. If I pull the unit out and jiggle the microphone jack, it then works for a while and then back to static. This was annoying but I thought maybe I could figure it out on my own. On my last driving trip (I don't drive this car a lot) partway through the trip the display would start glitching. At this point I thought the unit is really starting to fail and it looks like it is not covered anymore. I'm disappointed as I wanted to work through this with them. ... show more

Tech support is slow because they’re based in China. They use a gmail account (strange). The kit the sent was for the wrong vehicle configuration, even though I confirmed original equipment. Then, the screen started acting up about a year after I installed it. I tried to get it replaced under warranty and they made me jump through a bunch of hoops. Spend a little extra and buy a reputable brand name head unit. This is more hassle than it’s worth!! ... show more

Follow up this HU was full of features very impresive sound stage and a lot of music adjustability BUT... started crashing and finally wouldn't recover so the unit died and with dealing with the Chinese half way around the globe well lets say this didn't happen a well built nice unit but they will have to learn to sell in the USA sometimes you need to replace a item and move on I eventually contacted amazon and they wouldn't replace it said it was out of stock but showed to have stock on my end go figure they said the item had a 30 day warranty and they charged me a restocking fee yea you heard that right a restocking fee on a defective item so I decided to cut I My losses and part ways I went with Kenwood with a two year warranty and a lifetime of tech support This is a pretty impressive HU I was looking at Kenwood and Pioneer and decided to take a chance on this HU for my 2008 2nd gen Toyota Tacoma and wow this unit does what it advertised the sound stage is impressive Spotify and Tidal sounds superb on the unit pretty much plug and play easy to install i can't say enough about it but you will need a small amp to boost its potential ... show more

    • Stopped working correctly after two weeks

I installed this head unit and roughly two weeks later I had to pull it out for a return as it started showing me a blank screen while still playing music - I could actually see the screen try to light up and then go black again. Then, a drive or two later the thing would display and work correctly - weird. When it worked correctly it was a fine head unit. I missed not having any tactile buttons but the screen size was nice. It was a direct replacement and came with everything needed except the plastic clips to mount on the dash - those are easily found on the stock unit. I was a little disappointed in the UI and the resolution, but I got one from the play store that was nice. It has wireless Android auto which was really nice as well. I probably would have kept this unit even though it wasn't quite 100% for me, but when it stopped working consistently, it was over. ... show more

Great Quality. I am happy with this new stereo. I bought it for my 2005 Toyota Tacoma, I had already upgraded in the past too a Pioneer AVH Unit, but I wish I had just upgraded directly to this one. It is fast and the Apple CarPlay is smooth. Connects to the phone pretty fast. I have a few weeks with it so far. Will update if anything. ... show more
