Very sturdy, fabric looks like leather which is soooo soft. Chair comes with a lumbar pillow as well. Looks very high end. Be careful of how you line up the base pieces, as I lined them up wrong and thought my hardware was incorrect. The packaging was nice, the pieces were put together with screws so they wouldn’t be damaged in transit, so it was perfect upon arrival which was faster than anticipated. 📦 I LOVE how nicely packaged it was, nothing was damaged and everything was packed neatly!! Tbh, I can’t believe so much chair came in such a small box!! 🔧 Assembly was straightforward and fairly intuitive. It would be helpful with 2 people at the first step just so someone could hold the arms in place. But still can be done with one. ☝🏼 Details: The wooden corks (or cute peg thingies, as I referred to them) to cover the screw holes are a different color than the frame, but I like the look. Also, about half of the corks were harder to pop in (a little size variance as with all of these types of things), but no big deal- just tap lightly with mallet. The cushion covers are nice, brown leather look, thick, and not orangey (I was nervous about that). ❤️ Sit and enjoy!! It’s a comfortable chair and exactly what I was looking for a small reading area in my bedroom! I can’t believe the value for the price! ... show more

I just received this chair today and was quite excited to build it as it looks very nice, but one of the leg frame pieces is broken all the way through. There is not way I can build this and have it hold any weight. I am requesting a replacement I previously gave a 1 star because the chair arrived broken. I contacted customer service and heard back right away. They asked for pictures which I sent and they quickly sent out a new chair. I did not have to try to package up the broken one and return it. The new chair arrived all intact! The chair was very easy and quick to put together. It is comfortable and I'm very pleased ... show more

Love the chair, easy to assemble with two people. They did not send me the right screws for the chair. Had to go to Ace Hardware to get some. Besides that the chair is comfortable and the right color!

We purchased this chair as basically a filler. We have a sofa and needed something for guests to sit on until we got around to finding chairs that we loved. This chair is so much more that we expected. The wood is beautiful, as nice as anything we have seen in furniture stores at 10 times the cost. The fabric isn’t the best but looks like leather from afar and close up looks soft. Because of the quality of the wood, recovering it would definitely be worth it when it wears out. The biggest shock is how comfortable it is! It’s cozy and soft. It is on the smaller size, if you have large furniture or a space that needs something larger this would look odd. We have a small space so it fits perfectly. We are going to purchase another one and don’t feel the need to keep looking for “better” chairs. ... show more

Poorly crafter chair, extremely small and odd. Comfort is decent. Flawed “wood” from the poor construction. We decided to return for a refund as indicated on their description, to a laughable same cost to return. I’ve requested a refund and return paid and am waiting on my answer which will take days because it’s not even a real person. I have wasted time putting together, taking apart, repackaging, and lugging to return to only find out I have to pay the same price of the chair. This is absolutely inappropriate and not clearly indicated on their returns. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. ... show more
