Give it a 4 cause one lamp delivered "off" and by that the marble in the middle wasn't centered and aligned with the crystal. The other one is absolutely beautiful

This lamp is beautiful if you can get one to arrive undamaged. We ordered a pair, but one of the lamps arrived with a DENTED lampshade. (Very heavy marble base and poor packaging and handling by shipper caused damage.) The first replacement lamp we ordered came with a STAINED lamp shade. The 3rd, 4th and 5th replacement orders had DENTED lampshades (all orders) and one even had a crushed base. The packaging is horrible and on top of that the shipper must be throwing the boxes causing damage. Also, one of the bright red stickers on the marble left a stain. Since we love the lamp, I am going to try to get the lampshade with the stain cleaned. It's a shame they can't figure out how to ship this lamp without damaging it. ... show more
