I have never written a review but this lamp was definitely a good surprise and exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant to order, thinking the quality couldn't be great at this price. I was also concerned about the packaging and shipping. I held my breath and ordered two. They arrived in days, and when I got home from work, both boxes were at my door upside down. I thought "Oh great, they are going to be in pieces." Actually they were both in perfect condition. The packaging is great. AND I love them. They are visually really nice. I have had these lamps in my cart for months and finally ordered them. The packaging was incredible and it even includes an LED bulb. The base of the lamp is so beautiful, I ordered the white and it’s so clean and crisp. The gold is a painted brushed gold look but I still think the lamp is gorgeous and timeless for the price. The lamp is beautiful. HOWEVER, we COULD NOT get the cord up thru base so tha the harp could to sit securely & level. Also thought the shiny brass base looked a bit cheap &would probably discolor over time. antique brass would have been better. was such a shame to have to return.
