If you are an elderly person or have mobility issues, DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR ! - it's WOBBLY, if you lean to either side it will TIP OVER. NO BACK MASSAGE ! THEY LIED !! -the foot/leg rest has no adjustments. It is spring loaded and FLYS to the upward position. If your legs are not against it when you pull the cable ,it will SMACK the back of your legs. It is impossible to push it down and lock it in the down/close position with your legs. You must lean forward and forcefully use both hands. -the arm rests are velcro/zippered to the sides of the chair. There is nothing to hold on to when trying to get up and out of the chair. -the back of the chair is SPRING loaded and constantly returns to the UPRIGHT position. You CANNOT lean back and rest. For apx 200, Shipping included. Well wort it for unused chair Pros -Price,value -Larger than expected -More comfortable than expected -Good soft but firm padding -Installation fairly straightforward Cons -Fabric is ok in my opinion. Probably use a cover. -Poor installation instructions, if back rest sides are difficult to install flip the brackets over. One side(of bracket) is slightly smaller. Use Allen wrench to find holes when aligning. Don't cut. -Stitching weak, tore while installing back rest support(tight fit). Nothing thick thread or(braided fishing line)and needle can't fix. -When standing up from reclined position, locking in foot rest can be difficult. -Color selection limited, if thats really a concern for budget shopper. Big sized chair, easy to assemble. Loved that it rocks, and is so comfy. I can't rave about this chair more. For the price and how fast it shipped I'm loving every second. I'm a big girl who works alot and is nice to come home to and hold my baby boy in.
