REVISED Review: Their customer service was very helpful and patient. They asked for pictures of the dirty parts of furniture. I submitted those and they sent a new bed to me within a few days. I have attached a picture of the bed now. So upset and disappointed right now. I looked for so long for a bed I would love and thought this was it. The bed arrived quickly, within a few days. However, once I opened the package I noticed some of the fabric was dirty, had fingerprints on them. I was going to just overlook it and put the bed together anyway, I brought all the parts upstairs to my bedroom to realize that the two end pieces of the headboard are duplicated, one is even missing the plastic foot pieces and is the most dirty out of all of them. ... show more

I absolutely love my bed. The headboard is so soft and elegant. I feel like a queen. Lol It's a really beautiful piece of furniture. It was easy to put together. It took 2 of us about an hour. I'm so impressed with how well it was packaged. Each piece was wrapped well and they wrapped the styrofoam in plastic. It was so nice not having to clean up styrofoam balls everywhere. I've ordered a lot of items over the years and I've never seen anyone pack an item this well. This is actually my second one from this seller . This bed was very easy to put together. My husband put it together in 45 minutes. I uploaded a picture so that you can see how high it is with a box spring. I like my beds to be high so I used a box spring. Using a box spring will make the headboard not look as tall but it still looks great. The bed frame seems to be very strong and sturdy. This thing was heavy. I should've gotten some help to put it together. I feel like it will hold up for a long time, there is no movement or creaks. There's about 250-275 lbs on it every night depending on which animals sleep with me and it's been no issues. I only wish the headboard feet were smaller so I could put it on risers. I will probably have to build my own custom risers because I like a higher bed and got rid of my box spring. ... show more

Bed is beautiful and solid. Took a little while to put together but sturdy finished product. The only thing I don’t like is that the headboard is not as tall as it looks in the picture and that was the main reason I bought it. None the less it is a beautiful bed besides that.

Beautiful bed, pretty easy to assemble. Color is accurate. The reason for 4 stars is the bed frame is taller on picture then in reality. If you prefer low beds then this will work, as the bed only requires a mattress no box. The bed is comfortable, layout is perfect.

This bed was definitely what I was looking for No extra tools needed everything is in the box ! Shipped 3 days early!! :) please buy this if you’re looking for a underpriced king size! Assembly took about an hour and 30 minutes!!! You basically just line up all the parts and just screw the screws in !! The instructions were pointless and confusing lol ... show more
