I was skeptical of buying a refurbished laptop for many years. I actually didn't know what refurbished really meant except knowing that there were some issues with the equipment that got fixed and now is being resold. Who fixed it and how? No clue. I was pleasantly surprised that this refurbished laptop came in a Microsoft re-certified box with plastic wrappings like a brand new laptop. The laptop came in great shape (listing was for excellent condition) and I couldn't find any visible flaws with it. The screen is absolutely amazing and the touch and feel is premium as marketed. I have only owned laptop of other brands like Lenovo, IBM, HP, Asus, etc. but nothing compares to this Surface laptop except my wife's Macbook. I am a light user that mostly use the laptop for web browsing and MS Office stuff. It's been smooth and battery seems to charge fine. The 15" is a bit heavy though (probably because of the nice metal casing) but I am very happy with it after owning it for a few weeks. ... show more

    • Disapointing and faulty. Display freezes and the laptop gets overheated
Bought a refurbished Microsoft surface laptop 3 from Amazon. Never going to do it again. After a short time it turns out that the display tends to freeze and the laptop itself turns irresponsive and overheated. However, as it was bought refurbished Amazon warranty had expired after only one month. Very frustrating and disapointing experience! Stay away from refurbished stuff! ... show more

A little skeptical about purchasing this item after reading several reviews. However, product arrived and could not find any visible flaws. Since the computer is only 8gb it can overheat when too many apps are running, but overall the computer has had no issues. Very happy with purchase. The laptop unexpectedly keeps restarting without any warnings. I did all the updates and also upgraded to Windows 11. But no luck. Anyone else having this issue?

    • Doesn’t start
This computer keeps shutting down and doesn’t not turn on at all. It’s a waste of money to purchase it especially if you get a faulty piece like mine. I tried to contact the seller about the issue but have not heard anything back.
