  • WOW, Better than I thought
OK, so, Lets just start off by saying your not buying these to rock out with music its not your purpose. With that aside, these perform Better than all expectations in the class of device that they are meant for. I have the Bose Glasses (a member of the family has them, I wear prescription) so I can compare them 1:1. The Good 1. They make for great phone calls as the person on the other end compared them favorably to iPhone speakerphone or other High End Earbud bluetooth devices, example apple airbuds pro. 2. They make for great listing to podcasts, with loud crisp audio this is right in line for why these were made. 3. They are good for watching Youtube and other streaming media videos. The Stereo and large Room Feel that they give you makes for a nice soundscape. 4. They make for a nice "soundtrack for your life" if you put music on and compare it to a stereo playing in the distance while you go about your day and are able to interact with people. 5. The price point!!!! I mean the price point. Currently 15$ I mean they are giving these things away. The Sound coming out of these for everything calls, music etc is comparable if not slightly better because its louder than the Bose (first generation) Sunglasses. If you don't mind the look of them on your Rims' I'd recommend these over the bose just for Volume and Price. But, when it comes to looks... there is no comparison, Bose wins. the Bad. They look a little goofy sitting on your glasses. That's just something you will have to get over. And before people knew what bluetooth was, that thing hanging on your ear looked goofy too. If you don't have large rims, it may be challenging getting them to stick properly. The sides are metal and they come with rubber feet so if you work at it, you should be able to get it to stick to thinner metal frames, but larger framed glasses and sunglasses are closer to the market for these. It doesn't quite have All Day battery life. but, who cares at $15. hell if you love em that much by 2. lol. Someone commented that they make your glasses heavier and it makes it heavier on your nose. Not for me. I have them pushed back toward my ear so far that its pushing up against my head and the tension against my head mitigates the weight on the glasses. In essence they "hold their own weight" with friction. I have over a dozen bluetooth headsets. I like getting them and trying them out. Many are cheap Chinese ones I just like to try. But I also Own AirPods Max, AirPods Pro, Sony XM1000s', In Ear Triple Driver UE's - in other words I don't mess around with sound. I will definitely be using these for convenience for calls and for podcasts and for those times that I just have to stay aware of my surroundings. Count me a Fan ... show more

  • Overall, a great alternative to in and over hear headphones!
I've only had then for a day but I'm enjoying them for the intended purpose I bought them. I recently started biking and was afraid my nice Studio Beats Pros would fall out. While looking for alternative is found these and they were on a great sale ($20!). They fit nicely on my frames, with the thicker side of the spacers. They do seem to make my glasses slip down but that should be an easy fix. They are a tad bulky but that goes away quickly. But I've had no issue feeling like they'll fall off, even at 18MPH on my e-bike. For what they are, the sound quality is really great. You can clearly hear what's coming out of them as well as everything else around you. That said, they are not the best in loud environments. Plus, since they're are technically open speakers, other people around you can hear them easily. I have to keep the volume at about 50% if I'm wanting to keep the sound to myself. Even at full price I highly recommend them if you can't wear normal ear buds or want an alternative to them. They're not perfect but at the price point, it's fine. ... show more

  • Save your money and buy something else!
The concept of these Bluetooth speakers is great, unfortunately that is where the positives for this product end. The sound quality is awful for music. It doesn't matter what type of file, bit rate, genre of music or EQ you try to use it will not sound good. All treble, terrible muffled mids and no bass. For spoken word such as podcast and audio books it would suffice, but barely since even at loudest volume it is barely audible. Luckily I didn't have to endure the terrible sound quality for long since the product broke after a day of use. As you can see in the picture the tactile button on the right frame headset broke within 12 hours of use rendering half of the functions of the device useless. I contacted JLabs figuring they would want to do the right thing...wrong. Despite "great customer service" and "standing behind their product" all over their website, it seems it is the last thing they want to do. You can send the product in for warranty service, but you must pay postage. From their email: "JLab is not responsible for shipping cost incurred when sending your product" Since postage cost would be over half the price of this product's original cost that option is out. When I responded with my frustration they provided a second option, destroy the product and send them pictures and wait for a replacement. "We typically require customers to send in their products. In your case, please send us proof of purchase. After we approve- send us a picture of your audio product rendered inoperable. For True Wireless products, please destroy both earbuds along with the charging case to receive credit for a full unit replacement. When we receive your proof of disposal, we will issue you a store credit for the value of your item as currently listed on our site." Awesome, let me just grab a hammer and smash this into pieces in hopes you will send a replacement. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. If the sound quality and overall quality of this product was better it would be a great purchase, but it's not. In addition, the warranty service is a joke. Shout out to Davian at JLabs for all your "great customer service" and "standing behind your product!" ... show more
