I dont usually write reviews, but i was so impressed with this i decided why not, It arrived on time, assembly was very easy, I used 8 inch auger and was skeptical at first, but i was impressed it made short work out of 165 holes right out of the box, i will say the exhaust is a bit annoying but way better than slinging a shovel, plenty of power, had no problem with some oak and pine roots. Great purchase.

Awesome machine. I've only drilled 4 post holes so far but everything was easy to put together, it fired up right away, ran smoothly, and dug beautiful holes. The motor unit to extender rod to drill bit connections are not tight or very deep so it will wobble when pulling it up at speed. Best to throttle the speed down and back up in bursts to clear dirt and reduce wobbling as you pull up.

It works great in dirt, but be careful if it hits a rock. Besides, different sizes of auger drill bits meet all my needs, and the extension rod is perfect for my garden fencing work. Very handy and easy to use. I would highly recommend it!
