The media could not be loaded. This is a soft and cozy as the pictures try to show! I got the olive green color and it is so hard to get out of bed because of the coziness! Not too thick and not too thin, just the right for the Pacific Northwest evenings. I will definitely buy this in another color for spring!

There is a lot to love about this comforter. It is super soft, snuggly warm, and covers the bed generously, even on a twin XL. It looks very pretty , except that there are some areas that are matted (either it came out of the package that way, or it happened within the first wash and couple days of use), which doesn't bode well for durability for nightly use. It feels strange to my child that the stripes go sideways instead of up and down the length of the bed, and I partially agree, but it's not at all a deal-breaker. The current list price of $51.93 is crazy and I would hesitate to pay that much. We got it for around $36 and that feels much more reasonable to me. It's a nice blanket but it's not made of gold.
