The JJC Lens cap for Leica Q3 should fit all the Leica Q series as those share same 28mm f/1.7 lens. The lens cap fit very tight, almost too tight, but these caps loosen up with time so this cap should also. The cap looks and feels nice. No Leica logo but looks good in my opinion as it matches the grip area. The lens cap is slightly deeper than the original cap. Original cap shows hood bend where dust can get in but this cap covers up the bend which is better. It is over a good replacement cap or a good alternative cap if you don't mind the tight fit.

Full Disclosure: This product was received for free as part of the Vine Program. While this JJC lens cap is functional, I cannot recommend it for a Leica Q series camera if you value the premium feel and minimalist aesthetic of your gear. On paper, the specifications are promising. It's a metal cap with a soft interior lining that fits the lens correctly and offers basic protection against dust and scratches. However, the experience of actually using it is where it falls short. The primary issue is the tactile quality. The PU leather on the front of the cap feels distinctly like plastic, and the overall construction feels lightweight and inexpensive, especially when compared to the solid, high-quality build of the Leica camera itself. It simply doesn't feel like a premium accessory. Furthermore, the large, white "JJC" logo on it is a significant drawback. It's a stark piece of branding that clashes with the clean, professional, and understated look of a Leica. It unfortunately detracts from the camera's aesthetic rather than complementing it. If you are in a pinch and simply need a functional, affordable cap, this will suffice. But if you are looking for an accessory that matches the quality and design philosophy of your camera, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
