I absolutely love this embroidery thread set! With 150 colors to choose from, I honestly haven’t found a project yet where I couldn’t find the perfect color—or combination of colors. The variety is amazing and gives me so many options when planning my embroidery projects. The thread arrived nicely packaged and included a color chart, which makes organizing and finding the colors I need so much easier. The thread itself is strong and reliable, and I haven’t had any problems with breaking or poor performance. For the number of colors you receive and the quality of the thread, this set is also an incredible value! Beautiful colors, great quality, easy to organize, and so many options all in one set. I got this when I was just starting to learn and I absolutely love it and would definitely purchase it again!

Great threads

Purchased these to start me off in different colors. The threads are off great quality, vibrant colors and plenty on the spool. I have not had any issues running these on my machines. The quality is really good and the price is excellent. You get plenty of yardage. They are numbered for the Brother machines and do come with a color chart for versatile usage in other machines, not just Brother. I have used the thread in other applications for topstitching and found them quite versatile. Very easy to color match.

This is a great price for embroidery machine users! The quantity as well as the quality I think is very good. The color selection is excellent!! I don't have threads breaking like you do with cheap thread which is a huge benefit. I've found that the colors have held up very well in the sun's Southern exposure for approximately 1 1/2 years, I've embroidered on screens multiple times for different projects when I found this out. This is great with having multiple shades of the same colors. I've used these threads in my other regular Brother sewing machine too without any issues This is a great collection of threads for any embroidered projects you have, you won't have to go to the shop for a shade that you realize that you need right now. I do think that you'll be very happy with this collection of threads & for the price, especially, when it's on sale, that's a great bonus!

Excellent color selection, built-in thread minder!

The New Brothread machine embroidery thread comes in an array of beautiful colors. I was pleasantly surprised by the various shades and colors, which made it easy to complete pending projects. For the price, you receive a lot of thread. I have paid more for spools with half the yardage, yet because of how these spools are constructed, they still easily fit in my cases. In addition, the bottom of the spools contain a built-in thread minder - just pull it down, place the loose end in the channel, push the bottom back up and the loose end is secure! No need for thread socks or a bulky silicone thread minders that get lost every time you take them off. This thread works fantastic, and I've not experienced any shredded or nesting. Highly recommend if you want or need a large color selection.

This is a great set with a variety of colors. Both Brother and Janome colors are in the set. I am replacing my old set of 80 colors Janome which I just rebought. With my 2 new embroidery thread sets, I will have most of the colors. My Janome QMC15000 really likes this thread with no breaks and shredding.

Beautiful colors and good quality, but there are three spools of variegated colors that I personally will not use, so that was disappointing. The spool design has a nice feature- the thread wraps neatly around the base of each spool, preventing tangles during storage.

Doesn't shred or birds nest!

The Brothread colors match up with most of the Brother colors code card. I wish that they had put various other color codes in the box. The thread is nice and the selection of colors is great. It works seamlessly with my brother machine never shredding the thread or having any problems with embroidery. Brother's seem to work best with Brothhead, Isacord, Metler, Sulky and some varieties of Forloni. Mine did not work well on the finer Forloni thread due to breakage and tension problems. I switched to the Brothread and it ran perfectly.

I wasn’t sure how this thread would preform with my embroidery machine as I’ve always used thread I bought at quilt shops. I’ve used this thread for several projects and have had no issues. The selection of colors is great! I would definitely buy this again.
