CUSTOMER SERVICE As much as I want to start in on how much I like this product, I feel it's important to first mention the seller. I could write a short novel, but for simplicity sake, I will say this is one of the more exceptional web based vendors I have ever had the opportunity to buy from on any platform. Communication, professionalism, politeness, immediate message response time, speedy processing and shipping time, safe packaging, yes, yes, yes! 110% across the board. PERFORMANCE The personal cooler itself is excellent as well. Even on medium speed, it is shockingly quiet, considering the nature of the product. The highest speed is a bit louder, but I haven't needed to use it at that speed outside of trying it out. Levels 1-3 are plenty effective to keep me cool. That being said, the 5th fan speed is still not overly loud. The battery lasts is longer than my needs. It's a great product for sure. COMFORT I was nervous about getting any type of personal cooling system because of some old injuries from my past. I was not sure my neck or shoulders could support the weight. I was happy to discover that this is not just light, but the shape also has a clever designed rest. The rest prevents the device from inhibiting natural neck movements as well as allows for constant airflow. AESTHETICS Admittedly, I tend to feel a bit silly wearing anything practical. You would never catch me in a waist bag/fanny pack. But considering how picky I am about stuff like this, it's not half bad. I got it in white (I would have preferred black if that was an option). It's clean looking and not clashy with most clothing. Overall, I would definitely do business here again and most likely will.

This can around the neck is genius it keeps you very cool. 5 speeds the 5th speed is very powerful. Noise level is not bad, the size is just like a neck pillow it looks good for the money you pay it's perfect nice strong air flow, over all it's perfect.

This fan does work very well. However if you are looking for something quiet I would pass on this. It is quite noisy at any setting higher than one. It is quite simple to use and I’ve had it for a few weeks and have not needed to charge it yet. It functions best in cooler areas in my opinion. Great product. I like that it has 5 speeds, and it blows plenty of air. This is much more flexible regarding blowing cool air and better for me than the 3 speed version. My wife has that one and I've compared them both and I prefer the 5 speed one because of the air volume you get with the 5 speed one. The higher speeds can be a little noisy, but it's not too bad. I would not let that keep me from ordering this fan since it works great. And the rechargeable battery has a super-long life. I've been able to get more than 6 hours use out of a single charge, and probably could have gone longer but I wasn't sure how long it would last and I didn't want to run out of battery in the middle of my workout, so I just went ahead and charged it up.

While this is comfortable to wear, it does restrict your head movements (looking up and down) similarly to wearing a medical neck collar...but not as thick. I work outside a lot, and with the brutally-hot days we have had, this was a neat relief. I was VERY impressed at the fan's power and multiple speed selections. The low speeds (1-2) did not help at all, but the 3-5 speeds worked fine. It was a bit louder than I expected, but I should have expected noise from a fan. Duh...right?!? When I am working by myself, this thing is a great heat relief. If I have to talk to people, I keep it turned off...or on the #2 speed setting to keep the noise down. What has impressed me so far is the battery life. I charge this overnight and can run this thing for 5+ hours. I am happy with this purchase and hope it lasts for years. I'll try to follow up.

The media could not be loaded. I have researched personal fans so very much in search of a convenient and QUIET fan to use when gardening in the hot/humid South AND while traveling. Wanted to be able to actively use a fan on an upcoming Amazon River trip and this DEFINITELY fits the need. In my web and Amazon research, the Jisulife fan was listed as one of the quietist neck fans. Honestly, can’t tell you how pleased I am with this fan. The fan has 5 speeds. Speeds 1 & 2 are near-silent. Levels 3 & 4 audible, but not objectionable. Level 5 audible but still quieter than two other hand-held fans I tried. A huge benefit is that (aside from going through TSA line) I can “wear” this during air travel, thus saving weight/space in my carryon. My upcoming trip limits luggage to 22# (combined carryon and personal item), so weight is a huge deal. Another significant benefit is that the fan body has some flexibility when putting around your neck with the fan returning to its original shape once in place…so no falling off when bending over. This is a definite recommendation!

I love this neck fan. I mainly use it to work out at the gym. The first setting is strong enough to keep me cooler. It keeps it's charge for quite a while. I also use it when cleaning around the house as I always get hot. It's great for working outside when it's hot as well. It's light-weight and does not bother me at all to wear it. The fan is quiet so I have no problems hearing people talk to me. Originally, I bought one for my friend who was dealing with hot flashes. She loves it!! I think it's terrific!
