The chairs all shipped individually so it was difficult to keep track when they would arrive. When they did arrive it took a while to assemble. Although very worth it in my opinion because it looks great and is perfect for my livingroom.

For the price, this is an excellent set. It works great in my space and is holding up well. Pro: -It looks really sleek and modern. It doesn't look cheap. -Really happy with the quality at the price point. -Easy assembly Con: -They are very stiff - especially the couch. I actually warn people before they sit down cause it was really disconcerting the first time. I've definitely warmed up to it since and actually enjoy the stiffness now but good to be aware this is no plush couch before you buy it -Provide cheap plastic coverings where the screws go in which aren't very noticeable but wish those were just a tough nicer. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something modern looking on a budget. I'm hoping to upgrade this set in a year but just bought this house so wanted something to tide me over while we save for our more permanent furniture. Was a good test to see if my cats would scratch it up too as I was thinking about getting a real leather couch down the line. Unfortunately, they do scratch at it so for any cat owners with a similar issue, be aware the faux leather does show the scratches. Not this product's fault by any means but something to be aware of. Great for office entryway. Assembly required patience and you should not tighten screws until all have been lined up or you will go crazy! By the last chair we were experts, loosen/tighten until it lines up. Product came to us on time in different shipments on different dates.(tracking didn't reflect that) Seller replied immediately to ease our concerns about an item that didn't come with the first delivery. I purchased the set for the waiting area in my chiropractic office and I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. The sofa alone is easily $500 on overstock and other sites. Amazing value. It was delivered in 3 separate boxes; 1 for each of the chairs and another for the sofa. Assembly for the chairs and sofa are the same and extremely simple, once you knock out one chair the other chair and sofa are a breeze. Invest in a drill and the correct hex bit for the job. It will make things so much easier, won't cramp your hands, and ensure everything is fastened down tightly and safely. My only con would be a few of the holes didn't line up perfectly and required some toughness to get the screws in. This is where the drill was essential. No way I could have got those few screws in without it. Items came undamaged and packaged very well. ... show more

The chairs arrived quickly and as scheduled. They were slightly wider than I imagined from the pictures but advertised correctly with dimensions. They were hard to assemble while holding the seat and aligning the holes with the frame. Otherwise, all the needed tools and hardware are included by the manufacturer. My biggest complaint is that the seats are uncomfortable and stiff. This is little to no padding on the seat bottom ( only springs), and the seatback is so far back on the chair that it does not support your lower back.     • Difficulties putting together

The way it is designed it should take 10 minutes to put together, but on the chairs the holes were off by around an inch so it took me hours by myself. I suggest leaving the screws in as loose as possible and only tightening once all are in, it’ll save you a lot of time that I wasted. The couch did not have this problem and was easy to put together. They aren’t the most comfortable things but they work for my purposes. They are what I expected plus some pillow cases I did not expect. ... show more
