I have tried like 3 other pairs to help my left knee which has had this strange tinge. First I got a compression sleeve similar to these but without the straps. It wasn't very tight so it just slid down during workout and didnt offer much support. Then I tried one of the fancy ones with metal bracers. Useless, the metal isn't secured at the knee so they dont even feel like they are there. Als o they were too tight and itched to have on. Finally this pair, fits and the way the elastic bands stretch over the knee you can feel them assisting, pushing your knee in to straighten the leg. I dont think the copper part matters at all. These will get out of place if you where them sitting for too long ... show more
